I just received a call from this number, yes the voicemail message states it is Wal-Mart Pharmacy, however I do not believe that is actually who is calling...I have NEVER used Wal-Mart Pharmacy and I have had the same cell phone number for 10 years.  The message lasted 3:05 and was advising me of a change in Wal-Mart Rx policies and prompted me to press a number to "opt in" to the new policy.  The recording voice hesitated each time it stated Wal-Mart Pharmacy and the end of the message states if you were out when you received this message please call "Wal-Mart Pharmacy" for information.  How about leaving a phone number?  Whenever my actual pharmacy calls and leaves a message they ALWAYS leave a phone number for me to call back.  Definitely a BOGUS call/message in my book!

Sam's Club Pharmacy - a courtesy call, letting me know that my prescription was ready to be picked up.  They always leave a message.  But why they can't have "Sam's Club" listed as the caller instead of the same phone number above it is beyond me!
Those who identify it as Walmart Pharmacy are also correct, I think, since the two stores are related.

This is a Walmart/SAMs Club phone that automatically generates a call, to the phone that is in your pharmacy profile, notifying you that a prescription(s) has been filled and is ready for pick-up.

Have you asked them to remove you from the call list?

7-21-15 afternoon i received 6 calls back to back, to stop the calls i left the receiver off the hook

Picked my prescriptions up at 4pm...never received a call they were ready. At 11:30pm I get woke up to the phone ringing and it's Walmart Pharmacy saying I have 3 prescriptions that were ready to be picked up. The automated system must be haywire. If Walmart would spend a little money on updating their computers and not worry about profits so much....need I mention the way they treat their employees and a good percentage of them on collecting welfare because of the sub prime wages they pay.Walmart is the Anti-Christ and we have all been suckered into shopping there.

Recorded Message saying it was a call from Walmart Pharmacy asking you to opt in to the new phone message alert system.  It gives a bogus the web address as well.
Could be convincing if you have Walmart Prescriptions.

Ask the pharmacy clerk for the toll-free number that you need to call.  Just follow the prompts, it is super easy to be put back on the call list.

I get this call a lot, too.

It was Walmart pharmacy for me also, but I already picked up a prescription 2 weeks ago. Something wrong with their machine or wasn't deleted from their files. Somebody messed up somewhere.

FWIW, I tried to get thru to WM's Public Relations to suggest they fix this crap as it wasn't helping their rep one damn bit, but gave up after their phone menu 'spin cycle' at a couple numbers, even with their corporate number [ non 8i00 ] and called my local WM pharmacist who assured me he was concerned and would be contacting the corporate folks about their stupid oversight and haywire program...

Reckon we'll see how customer friendly they are...  ain't holding my breath for one minute...

I like this service, but I wish the caller ID said Walmart Pharmacy and not TOLL FREE CALL.

Walmart for rx pickup, you would think the store phone number would come up so people can see it says Walmart instead of toll-free #

This is Walmart pharmacy telling You the prescription you left is ready for pick up.  They tell me they can't say Walmart Pharmacy because of some private thing.

I haven't ever given Wal-Mart my cell phone number, and haven't had a prescription for over 5 years.  I saw it as a missed call on my cell.  I suspect it is spoofed or a scam.

Am disgusted with this caller for many reasons .. (1) the phone is practically brand new, nobody has the number, yet Walmart dials it ... (2) I would NEVER shop at that vile company that has done so much to destroy american towns, businesses, and trade poliicies. (3) they don't show their name to caller ID, cowards.
