I am sooo glad I found this forum.
I just got a call today from some debt company or scam company with the same #1-866-577-8402. The rep who left the message said her name was Rachel.

Call about 2 or 3 time a day.

Receiving calls from this number to call back Craig Jebson that seem to be automated recorded calls. Several people have told me this is a scam of sorts and not to return the calls.

Some random Collection agency that bought a list of debt and is going through the numbers trying to collect.
They told me I owe $10,000 on an Emerge Card which I never had and does not show up on my credit report. ASKED ME TO VERIFY MY SS#!!!! (Of course I didn't)
Be on the look out for these guys. True scum

I just got a called from them too. Good thing that I google unfamiliar numbers.

Next time you recieve a call from them tell them you want an address for them; then send a letter stating you are disputing this and if you want to really get them off your back tell them you will go to court and submit an order to show cause.  Hope this helps

This call comes in almost daily.  It will ring up  to 6 or 7 times (I don't have a message service).

Phone call received from 866-577-8402, Craig Jepson important call like the rest... RIDICULOUS!! I run a business thru my home and do not need this annoying phone call everyday. Who are these people? I changed my number about 3 months ago and added to Do-Not-Call list then started getting ignorant phone calls. Something needs done!

This Craig Jepson guy is ridiculous, I recieved 35 voicemails from him in two weeks time. I want this to stop. He called today at 8am on a Saturday????

Just called my cell phone number, it only rang once didn't leave a message

These people call my home many times a day. I have no account with these people.

I've been getting these calls on my cell phone for the past few days now saying the same thing that everyone has posted.

Just got off the phone with these jokers.  They were following up on an outstanding debt from 1976.  First they said from Sears, then it was some bank.  Wanted a post-dated payment by check by phone.  Asked for there address so that I could mail it, said I would keep getting harrassed until the debt had been settled.  Asked what the big deal was since it had supposedly been outstanding for 32 years.  Requested they send me a statement so I can research their claim, would not send any paperwork from their end until the debt had been paid, uh huh, sure! Total scam.  I have called my state's Attorney General and suggest you do the same

they call me twice a day telling me it's not a sales call. Telling me to call them back. Sounds like a scam if they weren't they would say what it was about. I hate these people who do this to others!

Collection agency that is usually looking for a person that might have had your current number before you.
The information was sketchy and ambiguous.

I get calls from them but i don't answer. I've not done business with Sears in several years and owe them no $$$, so perhaps it is a scam unrelated to Sears.

Lady on the phone would not give her name and was very rude.  She said she was collecting 700 dollars I owed to Lowe's.  I have never put anything on a credit  at lowes.  She would give no other information on company or the address for them.  She only wanted a debit card or credit card number.  I was supicious of the call so I hung up on her.  I have since received many voicemails from a chris jepson or jenson....it's hard to tell what he says.  Does anyone know who I can report this to?

These a**holes call here practically everyday. Sometimes first thing in the morning looking for someone who is NOT at my number. I have asked them numerous times to stop calling here. But, yet, they still call. On the occasions that I am unavailable to answer the phone, a REUBEN SCHWARTZ (voice message) will leave a message on my answering machine saying it is urgent. The number they leave on my machine is a 1-800 number and when I try call it, I get a message saying that that number no longer exists. So I called the number that showed up on my caller ID - 1-866-577-8402 and told them once again to remove my number from their list because there's no one here by the name of _____. I've done this before. They say they'll remove my number. That they're removing it "right now". But yet, they continue to call. Idiots!

I got a call too from the same Craig Jepson; seems to be a scam.
