I got the call this morning. Tony left a voicemail and said that I should call him at 866-601-8851 ext.1001.b/c I won a sweeps and 1 of the 4 prizes I will be entered for is a car. He called from 708-833-8688 number. I am on the do not call list and I never signed up for this sweeps. Its a sales pitch of course and a very low way of trying to bypass the do not call registry. I reported it and hopefully they will get enough reports to slap Tony and his crew with a hefty fine.

I hate to be a smarta**, but it it unpublished because the subscriber has asked their telco to not list their number.  Not necessarily a shady tactic in all cases, but I would say with these circumstances, it is.  The telco who owns right to the number is MPower Communications Corp.  Their corporate headquarters are at 515 S Flower Street, Los Angeles, CA 90071 (213) 213-3000.

Couldn't hurt to contact them and let them know that their lines are being used for improper activities.  I don't think they would want to do business with those who may be in violation of the law (especially FCC rules, by which they are regulated by).  It is also possible due to number portability that their service could be provided by a VOIP provider, to which it would be much harder to contact the proper carrier (as the landline carrier cannot give information out as to the current carrier for that number).  Judging by the message that I was left and most of the comments that I have seen here (which all seem to corelate with my experience), they might not be smart enough to port the number out.

I had a call on my answering machine from 866-441-3070, left message about some prize from the "top four prizes" I'd won. Gave callback number as 866-601-8851 ext. 1001.  I searched for those numbers and shall not call as a result of reading the comments here.  Legitimate sweepstakes mail notices to winners even if they also call.

Tony called promising me it would be to my benefit to call him back.  He inferred it had something to do with something I did 18-24 months ago.  Obviously Tony is getting behind in his calls since he used to claim the contest was 12-18 months ago from other comments, lol.  He didn't use my name, leave his company's name or say how I might benefit.  Caller ID gave this info: Communication G...; 708-833-8733.

"Tony" called me too! This time for a presentation at the Time To Go Travel Agency in Englewood, CO. Same spiel except my potential winning car was a Ford Explorer instead of a Navigator.  Called the number and talked to "Terrell."  My claim number was MCG514. I bet some of you have the same number! Thanks for all of the other posts. Figured it was a scam but it's nice to read about others' experiences.

Got a call from Tony, had to listen to message over and over to try and understand what he was saying. He sounded like he had marbles in his mouth! I've read all the posts, and he said the same exact thing on my phone message. You've won one of four major prizes, entered contest over the past few months, he's called several times, this was his last attempt, etc....blah, blah, blah! How did he get our numbers?

I would like to do one of them their "slender" comments!!!! Our nbf is probably a debt collector (like Nco) or one of their numerous companies
trying to trap you ---these people will go to any length to reach you and harrass you. I have been recieving calls for other people and they are from bill collectors--Just their attitude and spelling errors convince me they are scum collectors--might also be known as skip tracers--still scum!!

Tony is a [***] scammer.

If you want to sue Royal Palms Travel, Incorporated itself or dba All Inclusive Excursions you can serve either with a lawsuit through its/their registered agent for process: CT Corporation System, 350 N. I have recieved a call from this number 708-833-8735 the caller id showed a SHANNON WHITTLER" but when I whitepaged the number the address came up with a
