How come to be a Virgin Mobile? Im not a Virgin Mobile subscriber,.. so it is a scam or telemarketer etc.

Actually it is NOT Virgin. I called them and confirmed it is not their number.

This number calls me and my room mate at least 4 times a day each!! I think its automated as we get the calls at roughly the same time.

We are both with Virgin Mobile but even when our balance owing is $0 we still get these calls.  I answered once and they were demanding payment so I hung up...do not answer these calls, it will cost you money!

SCAM!

I have gotten several calls from that number today.  When I finally answered one of the calls, there was only silence on the other end.

I spoke to Virgin Mobile customer service (611) who "confirmed" that this was not them.

Obviously a scam of some sort.

Stop calling me again

This is NOT Virgin Mobile.  It's a scam company.  They have called my cell and my HOME (not a Virgin account) numerous times.  I finally called them back, as I was sick of it.  It's fakers using an English accent and Virgin lines, but it's not Virgin (different voice). Virgin staff are super sweet - not like this scumwad, who couldn't even speak English.  He tried to tell me they were Virgin and Bell. When I told him he was a scam artist and told him not to call me agin, or I'd call the cops, and he started yelling at me.

I called Virgin to complain. It's certainly not them.  If you are a Virgin customer, you can block the number from your cell (the Virgin people will walk you through it).  I suggest getting a whistle and picking up the phone and blowing it in their ear when they call.

They are scum.  Try picking up and then blowing a whistle in their ear.  A blown ear drum is the least of what they deserve.

Virgin moblie calling me two days after payment was made. I feel they are gouging me on fees and I will be looking for a better provider. with the price fixing going on, finding a better deal is likely impossible. Their data plans are legalized robbery.

Received a call from this number but did not get to phone in time.  2nd time spoke to rep who wanted to speak to husband.  Left the number with me to call back and said my husband could talk with whoever answered.  Thanked me for taking the call.  There was a lot of noise in background like a call centre.  Husband called Virgin at 5:00 pm - they confirmed that the number is not theirs and that other people have been calling and reporting it.  Thank-you to everyone who posted!

I get calls three or four times a day from this number and there is nombody at the end of the line.  Qho is He? What does he want?

Several calls a day.  Bell Canada also harrassed my mom for months saying she owed them money and she was actually get refund chqs from them.  I will never use virgin or Bell again

My house phone has been called by this number the past two days, my mom picked up and nothing was said on the other line either time. I just got called by the number on my cell phone, didn't even bother picking it up. But I don't have the home phone linked to my account...

I have name display on caller id.  Instead of name like Virgin Mobile, they just put the 8666128483 phone number without spacing.  Called me and say the phone call is related to my wife cell phone and asked to call back. Too fishy because of the made up caller name display.

I have received calls from this number multiple times a day. I don't answer. I have answered once about 2 months ago bc I was so tired of the phone calls. The lady one the other end who barely spoke English claimed to be with Virgin mobile. They were asking for a credit card to pay the bill. I wouldn't do it. I've been with virgin mobile for 2 years now and not once have I ever received a call from them. Only text messages. So I wouldn't give them any information and I had contacted Virgin mobile myself to find out about their number. I gave them the number that I was constantly get calls from and the one who I was speaking to said that number was not recognized and not part of virgin. So they told me not to give these people who kept calling me from that number any information.

bs it's not vergin mobile I hagged up like three times when I finally answered to try and kill them they hegged up I so tryerd of scams

No body talked to me

This number IS Virgin Mobile Canada - their Accounts Receivable department - therefore they have ZERO manners or customer service training. I called Virgin and told them the time-stamp when I was called by this number and they checked my account confirming that there was a note in my account that AR called me at such and such.
