Call them back.. you are wrong thinking it's a bank..I called them back and it was virgin mobile

Despite my silly name, i’m serious when I say that I have been called by ‭+1 (866) 612-8483‬ at least 15 times this past week. Every time I pick up it goes dead immediately and they leave no message.

Also received a call.  I do not now nor have I ever dealt with Virgin Mobile.  They did leave a partial message but all I could understand was this number as a callback number.  I'm not calling back and have blocked the number

Ive been getting phone calls since beginning of January 2-3 times a day..i answered january 8..to have no one at other end..and i answered january 25 and also no one at other end...they hang up after i say hello..my bill is not due until january 26...but am tired of these phone calls want them to stop...they dont even state who is calling when i say hi...they just hang up

If I don't give them my information how could they take my money?

If this caller is Virgin Mobile, they drive ya nuts over payment...the text reminders to pay your bill is quite enough in my opinion. I never answer and am never late on payment.... VirginMobileMafia

called 4 times in one day. ridiculous. up to date on all my payments. haven't answered any of them because last time it was no answer. total scam

They have called me everyday this week.  I finally answered and they asked for Joanne...thats not who I am so I said wrong number and hung up.  They still call so I have now blocked them.  I do not deal with Virgin and never have.

I picked up and they said ss office they asked for my name and hung up .
