My bill was $9.99 and i think its the shipping charge when ordering cellphone through Airtran for Verizon Wireless

I got a $9.99 from "CELL STORES 8666297760 866-6297760 VA".
I am very sure that I have not ordered anything from such store or wirefly.com.
I called the number "866-6297760" and the representative asked me for names, last 4 digits of my credit card.  He then asked for the last 4 digits of my SSN which I refused to give.  It sounded really fishy to me after reading some of these posts and because a valid order/charge would not require the SSN information.  I asked to escalate to his manager but he would not do so and kept on pushing for my 4 digit SSN.  I hang up after 15 minutes on the line.
I am going to dispute this charge and report to FCC, BBB.

I have not called or been called by this number. I just got charged $200 a piece. In this economy no one can afford that much money to be fraudulantly taken from them. I have 3 kids and go to school fulltime. Please if anyone is willing to report these people do so! I am going as far as I have to!

My credit card was stolen, and the next day there was a 1.00 fee which was processed on the account, when they were trying to cancel it. I am assuming whoever stole my card tried to purchase a phone, and the company did a 1.00 holding fee.

These people have charged my ATM card and I don't even know who they are.  I can't goto the bank unil tomorrow but I will be there early.  They cahrged $79.97 and two $1.00 charges.  They need to be stopped.  I see they have changeda couple digits of their phone number.

I was not called by this company but did have a purchase to my checkcard by Cell Stores VA. I did not buy anything from this company nor had I heard of them until I found this site. I have made a complaint with the FTC and FCC, as well as changing all my banking information.
I don't know what is up with this company but they are doing something that is not right!

I just checked my bank account and saw that 684.24 was missing. I called the bank to dispute this and they also asked me to give these people a call Cellstores.  I got the same message that everyone else did.

someone carged my credit card for $300.00 and i called my bank and they fixed it and gave me a new card. I wish they would get cauhgt and pay the bank back. its form sone company called cell stores and I didn't brought any phone!

I got charged on my credit card for $300 under CELL STORES 8666297760 866-6297760 VA.  I'm located in California and havent made any cell phone purchase recently.  FRAUD transaction!!!

I was doing a phone transaction with Best Buy Mobile this morning 12/26/2009 and the transaction was declined.  I called my card company and asked why and they said it was because Cell Stores at 1-866-629-7760 had attempted to charge me $251.96. Because they attempted to charge me a second time after the first charge was declined the card company put an automatic decline on my card.  After they cleared the decline and I completed my Best Buy transaction I attempted to find who Cell Stores is and got that insidiously fake voicemail message that said, "If you don't want to wait to talk to a rep then go to whereismyorder.com for status update on your order.  I NEVER HEARD OF THESE PEOPLE OR ORDERED ANYTHING FROM A COMPANY AS GENERIC AS CELL STORES.

When I called the 866-629-7760 # I received the greeting,"Thanks for calling Wireless Customer Service," which is the exact same greeting I got from calling www.wirefly.com 's 1-888-843-2485 customer service number on wirefly's website.  When I called the sales dept # from wirefly's website I got the greeting,"Thanks for calling Wirefly."

By the way, www.wheresmyorder.com was mentioned by one these posts.  That page comes up when you click on a link on wirefly's website.

I sent a complaint to FTC and 3 other agencies.  I suggest you all do the same.  Nothing happens if we talk only to each other about this stuff.  I even copy and pasted page one of these posts and sent that in the email.

The only problem with the FTC site is it doesn't allow for a general complaint submission. It asks lots of questions and gives options that don't fit this complaint so I emailed directly to the email addresses listed on the site.

Everybody else do the same and eventual Attorney General class action can get this money refunded to all legitimate victims.  Below is wirefly's aka Cell Stores' mailing address.  If it is a legitimate physical address then we can get our money back without FTC assistance.

Obviously I'm as pissed as everyone else.  Someone mentioned they are in CA and the charge was for a PA delivery destination.  If this company is doing illegal stuff across state lines that may be good reason to send a complaint to the FBI.  Anyone know for sure?

Cell Stores VA billed my checking account for $200 just after Christmas. When called with my bank to investigate, the phone was answered by a non-English person stated the purchase was made on line and the person knew my address and card # but not the cv code on the back. It didn't make sense that a purchase could be made without the code so I believe it's a "skimming" type of operation who hope you don't pay attention to your bank account. PAY ATTENTION - FRAUD IS OUT THERE EVERYWHERE.

This company CELL STORES 8666297760 866-6297760 VA took $400 from my checking account in two $200 withdraws on the same day.  I never authorized any transactions and now my account is negative with still accumulating overdraft fees.
