I got 3 charges for 6.99 per month and never noticed it. Until I went online to check my account and saw a withdraw from a cell store. I don't even use online stores. I called the number on my account but got nowhere so I'm calling my bank first thing in the morning to put a stop to this. I sent an email to the company about my money and I will be calling back in the morning. I will be  calling BBB and any one else that can help with this. How in the world can a company legal or not STEAL your money like that. This is crap and I'm not having it. I'm on a fixed income and don't have money to waist like that. If anyone finds out how to put a stop to these people PLEASE POST IT SO EVERYONE ELSE CAN LEARN... Where all in the same boat here....

CELL STORES just charged $527.97from my credit card. Is there any way to stop those M*****F**K?

This is my Monthly Device Protection coverage for a phone recently purchased through Simplexity/ Sam's Club Mobile.

I was charged $6.99 by CELL STORES 866-629-7760 VA.

great!!! i just checked my account and saw the same flippin thing so thats when i started searching. $150 gone!  but thank you! now i will talk with my bank.

so upset i called them to see why they charged me and when they tried looking up my card they said it didnt exist in there system!?? what!!! they charged me 150 TWICE! and by card isnt in there system BS!! they funny thing is each 150 withdraw was exactly 2 weeks apart on the day after i get paid!!! shady sh***!

I just checked my account and saw that CELL STORES has been withdrawing 6.99 from my account for the last 2 months without my knowledge. I called my bank, they told me to call the number for CELL STORES, which I did. The people at CELL STORES told me that it is a monthly fee for 'phone protection'. Strange thing is, I never signed up with this company for phone protection. I have protecting through my wireless carrier. They said that I would have to cancel my 'phone protection' with them to stop the monthly fees. I did, even though I never signed anything or had knowledge of this. I told them that I had contacted my bank and if any other charges appear on my account from them, that I will be pressing charges. I am about to go and file a complaint with the BBB about this company.

I got charged twice in the last five days by Cell Stores, which I totally unaware of.  I just called my credit card company and the credit card agent connected me with Cell Stores in 3-way talk.  While the Cell Stores guy asked my card number and name and was checking the transactions with my info, the phone was disconnected.  I called back to credid card company to (1) dispute the charges, (2) block my credit card.

I got call from them in 6/2011. They promised me they would send me $360 if I agreed to extend a new 2 yrs contract with att. They would also gave me a 25% discount on my monthly att bill. I sure got a new 2 yrs contract with ATT and $30+ charge on my credit card very soon.But there is not $360 check and 25% discount. I called Att and cancel the 2 yrs contact. I'll call my credit card company to report the fraud.

Since there are so many complains on this site for so long, I dont' know why they are still around.

They charged my credit card twice during the past few days for ~$200 for no reason. After I read this thread and found that this has been going on for years. Nobody can stop those criminals???

Last week my credit card got charged twice for 109.99 and 49.99 by CELL STORE VA. I called my credit card company and asked to dispute the charges and close my account.
Is there anything we could do to these people besides dispute the charges? I really want to put these guys out of business.

They charged my card and im pissed. Who r they? What can I do about this

This is the number for Wirefly.com, If you have purchased cell phones through them, this is what will show up on your credit card.

Additionally, if you purchase an insurance plan on your phone through them, they will bill you monthly for that as well.

every month they take 4.95 from my acct. I want my money back....

Saw the CELL STORES 866-629-7760 VA, Merchant Type Telecommunication Equipment / Sales, Trans. Type DEBIT CARD PURCHASE. I was reminded of a phone i bought from wirefly.com and it appears they scammed me into getting a "protection plan" from them that was not the same as the plan that comes on a phone bill with Verizon Wireless. Called and canceled the monthly charge. Will contact Verizon Wireless to get a legit plan that is included with my phone bill and not charged randomly to my account!

I recently had funds debited from my bank account. When I called the bank they told me that verizon had debited my acct. So I called verizon and they said they have not processed or taken anything out of my acct. I mentionee wirefly.com and told them how I had orderd the phones. They said they have heard about wirefly and that I should revoke the transaction and call wirefly. So I did. Upon calling them I was rediredted to their website. I never got anywhere. This company is a fraud and should be shut down. I'm about to call the BBB and complain as well. I got screwed. I recvd two phone I didn't want, had to pay to exchange them, and now they are taking funds out of my bank. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I will continue on my mission to get my money back and get this "company" shut down. You all should do the same

I recently had an unauthorized charge of 1299.00 from this company in addition to other fraudulent charges on my credit card. Cell phone equipment ordered by someone else was apparently sent to some address in Ohio (I live in another state). My bank alerted me and caught the charge and they are reviewing it. I filed a police report and filled out an affidavit stating this was not my charge and sent it to wirefly/simplexity "escalation/general counsel" department after talking with them on the phone (simplexity sent me the form to fill out). I'm thinking that they are a legit company, that this happens often (which is why they have a whole department devoted to the issue which is actually a scary thought) and that someone else is using my credit card number. Please post here if you had a similar problem.

We are being charged 6.99 time two every month since buying phones through wirefly. On the bank statwnt it says it is for cell phone protection. I have tried to contact them to cancel, but only getting a recording.

Why is this company still in business?
