I got charged by this company in the last credit card statement as well.  A $300 charge showed up as Cells Store 8666297760.  I have never done business with them, never ordered anything, or never gave my CC information to them.  They were doing a fraudulent charge.  Judging from all the posts, they have been doing fraudulent charges all along.  I'll call FTC and FBI tomorrow to open an investigate to shut these crooks down.

Same kind of victim here, one for $500 another for $250, whoever has my information has also made a purchase at a WalMart in Concord NC. Not sure how they are getting all the information. They have my Debit card number but my card is not missing (now cancelled). We make no purchases over the phone and very few online none since mid-December, the last time we gave out any info over the phone was to pay a credit card balance over the phone (to our credit card company) in the morning, later that afternoon is when we noticed the fraudulent Cell Store charges, not sure if there is nay connection. Any ideas on how they get our information? Also post on this site go back over 2 years how are these creeps still snagging all our money.

I got an email alert today , my bank account charged $247.19 from CELL STORES **6-62 VA , just like every one here, called my bank to stop that , it sucks.

I just saw this CELL STORES and found this site and did more research turns out its was a DELL order.

as CELL STORES."

Just a heads up. Oh and the amount was correct on my bill with statement.

I went online to check my account as usual an come to find a bogus charge for 200.00 by this cell stores va. My bank is taking care of it however if anyone has info. on these people please post it.

They did not call me but they charged me 19.99 today. February 25th.

They charged mine for 19.99, then authorized $1.00 and $1.00 for another authorization.  I called my bankcard Accountnow and they told me they (Accountnow) it isn't as if they were a bank and refuse to lift the hold from my account.  I am going to report this to the attorney general of PA.  It seems to me they must be in on the scam as well if they don't get rid of an authorization they know if fraudulent.  The same company tried to get an authorization for my card after an authorization came through for $144.00 worth of struff from Ralph Lauren.  I called Ralph Lauren, they checked my information and saw I had not authorized the purchase nor was it coming to my billing address, the cancelled the order, but would not tell me who the culprit was.  They said to call the Police that they would only realease that information to them.  The Police are too busy busting criminals here in Philadelphia, they do not have time to check into credit card fraud and false authorizations.  If anyone finds out who we must contact, please let me know as well.  Until then I will be giving Sprint a call they will not forget.  Thanks for the rest of the number for Cell stores.  My card only had the number up to7

I called the number given on this message board today and one of their operators after giving my old card number told me the person that was doing the ordering was James Henderson.  The authorization still has not gone through with my bank, but the sales rep referred me to 1800-444-9543.  The one's at this number, want you to fax them a police report or have the police fax them with your complaint.  In the city of Philadelphia, all the precincts give you is a DC# and if you want the report you have to pay for it.  I'm the victim, and I have to pay for the complaint I made about you allowing someone to use my card number that is not authorized to use it in order for you to lift the authorizations and cancel the transaction?  Talk about theft by deception.  Why aren't the people at Cell Stores in jail for this swindle where anyone can call in with a credit card or debit card that does not have their name on it and they honor it?

All you have to do is dispute it with your bank and then they will put the burden on the retailer. It is a very simple process.

I recieved a few calls. They took 300.00 out of my checking account and I reported it to the. Bank.

Yup! I went to my bank today and did a dispute for the amount of $ 125.00. the only thing I don't like is that I have to wait for my new card to come in which takes 1-2 weeks.

I had the same number withdrawal 9.99 from mine. However, I knew what the transaction was from. I returned the item and haven't received my money back.

Any who mine was from Radioshack when I purchased a cell phone for AT&T.

I Got charged 566 dollars today.  from the same company.  What the hell is Cell Stores.  I immediately called my bank but its pending.  they said that charge has to go through before they can do anything though.

This company charged by bank card for $500.00 under 866-629-7760.  Fraud.  I filed charges locally with the Sherrif Department.  Fortunately my bank reimbursed me for the charges

Having the same problem as everyone else with this company. Didn't order anything from them but received a bill for $600+ one month. Disputed to bill with my credit card company and am still receiving 4 $6.99 charges from Cell Stores Reston VA each month that I'm having to dispute... what a pain in my backside!
