What they are doing is criminal, I am sorry to hear about your mother.  do not answer their calls, they prey on un suspecting people and use scare tactics.  They keep calling here, but we don't answer our phone.  No one who is legitimate would end the call with,
"Good Luck"!!!

Same as other people's experiences!  Woman spoke so quickly about some charges against us and to call an agent at this number right away or no one would be able to help us!!  She then said, "Good Luck!        # 1- the person she was calling for does not live here, # 2  What legitimate collector would say, "Good Luck"????
