After Hearing Several of Michael Smith's Voicemails that he has Left on My Parents Voicemail. It is Obvious that Michael Smith is someone in their early 20's that works as a Collection Person.

I wonder how he would feel if someone left the type of vicious Threats on His Moms or Dad's Voicemail lilke he has done to Mine.

The Sad Part is, Never once does anyone at Payline Seek the Truth of What Happened? This is a Shameful Person who's only Goal in Life is to Obtain a Percentage of the Amount he Collects.

How Does He think that anyone would want to work with him? He cant be Trusted. Maybe as he gets a little older and with some real Business Experience in Life, he will realize that the way to any resolution is to first get the Customers point of view and try to work with them and not against them.

But he is just a Kid, so maybe if he takes some classes he can learn how to make a Sucess out of life, instead of what he is doing now?

So Does He Tell his Friends and Family that for a Job, he makes threats to people over the Phone and E-Mail? Im sure he probably lies to people he knows about what he actually does, that is why he also uses an Alias instead of his REAL NAME?? I Saved Every Voicemail that Michael Smith aka "Mike" Smith Left on My Parents Voicemail thru the Computer. I Love the Time and Dates, where he leaves a message on a Monday saying to please get back to him soon. Then he calls on Tuesday,saying Since They never responded to the "Numerous: Voicemails and E-Mails he has left,he will be contacting the State Atty and Filing a Lawsuit. Wow Mike,a whole 18 hours in between messages to get back to you.

The Best Yet, are the E-Mails  that He and Woodsbury Investigations sent Out. Right Out Blunt Threats against my Parents and our Family. Saying he will never stop the harrassment to get the money that was Stolen. What a Classy Guy.

The Best is where he states that if my Parents pay back the Fraud Reversals, he will give their old Casino Account that amount in Double Casino Credits.

Yeah Like any money that tried to be cashed out would ever be processed. Just another BS story to try and get the Money they overcharged back.

We Have Plenty of Info for the Fictious Court that we will be Sued in. Cant Wait for Our Day in Court, were ready. Maybe we can meet Mike Smith in Person and get an Autograph for Everyone on this Forum.

Confused...If you are referring to my post, I only ment to say, dont "save" the files on your computer, I dont trust that site, not the person who posted the information.  If you jsut copy and paste the site into your browser, you wont be asked to save.  I dont turst "THEM", if you save, I am concerned we will be saving potentially harmful files on our computers.  I hope this clarifys, sorry for the confusion.

we all have been waiting months for our day in court.

just remember, its illegal to be taken to court and asked to pay for a gambling debt-which was outlawed in 2007 by congress.

can you explain what happened for the people who are in the same boat as you?

we are still waiting-threats still come-but gaming is illegal in the US since 2007.

no nothing has happend yet but the threats are still rolling in, saying i owe several thousand more dollars now and some attorney will come after me. the messages keep getting ruder. basiclly thats it.  i would like to beat the piss out of mike smith though.

our biggest problem is, the major lack of paperwork that payline never sends out?

any credit company would be filling up our postal mailboxes with letter and forms of all this info.

even my cable company sends out mailing when you are 1 day late?

the biggest Red Flag i had with payline, was "where is the paperwork?"

im not into sending random people over the phone money especially when their first contact is a verbal and e-mail threat.

can you please share your experience so others who are on the fence will see, that even if you DO pay, it changes nothing with michael smith and payline.

he sent me a e-mail with all my deposits and i didnt dispute them, they were legitimate all except the ex-tra charges that i didnt make. then they said there were fee's and chargebacks, legal fee's etc...over 16,000$ in fee's,and i only gambled 2650.00$. i paid the 2650$ so where do they come up with 13,450.00$ i dont know. so thats it . i wish i saw the threads earlier oh well

there is no guarantee that this person with the info from deposits,
can do or not do anything in the united states.

What "Phil" has not advised you of is that the payment he made (and please see that Phil stated he owed the money and that he paid a viable debt) was for 1 of 3 casino accounts he has and that the other debt he has not paid is just another case of "Phil" trying to get away with ripping us off.

Why doesn't "phil" tell the whole truth and explain all the money he took to gamble.  Why is a half truth enough?

This thread is that of a mob mentality.  It doesn't seem to matter if what is said is the truth or not.  It seems that if everyone says a lie that it somehow becomes a reality.

I beleieve the same level of intelligence was used during the Civil war or WW2.  People make up enough lies and the meek follow.  If anyone here cares to be totally honest and post your name, we would love to then post everything you did to warrant receiving calls or emails from us.  Since these people have things to hide they use fake names and lie to validate their actions.

As far as your claim that it's somehow illegal for us to collect on debt in the US.  Just for a moment let us that that is true for arguments sake.  Does that then allow people to steal from us and laugh in our face because of what they beleiev we can do?  Would you as a person who claims to be decent and honest steal from a company because you felt " what the hell, they can't do anything anyways"?

You may not feel like that, but that is what 99% of the people here feel and unlike their false understandings of US civil law, we do have recourse and take it until a real, actual, non made up debt is paid.  Just like "Phil " paid..except he did not want to pay all that he owed and therefore is being called or emailed by our collections team yet again.

these people, but messages will be left on a daily basis until you begin to
cooperate.

Your bank will also be contacted to open a dialogue to see what can be done
about reversing your chargebacks.  We know you made these casino deposits
because we can prove so.  We will submit the evidence we have to your bank
and recommend that they report your false claim of fraud to the authorities
as misappropriation as well as filing a false affidavit (which you did when
you signed the documents with your bank)

We personally don't care why you have decided to take our money, but
understand that unless you pay us in full plus fees within 48 hours, we
will proceed against you to the fullest extent that both State and Federal
law allows.  We and in turn our collections division will not cease until
you have repaid what you have taken from us.

This is your final notice.  I suggest you understand that everyone's
actions have consequence including yours.  Your attempts to take our money
ends today.

Govern your actions accordingly.
