umm that could be someone you know calling from someone else's phone card thing obviously there trying to reach you for a reason mabey u should answer it

I get multiple calls from this number a day. They call at all hours and plug up my voicemail with the automated message.  No name is said i have blocked the number but they still leave me voicemails. I want it to stop. I have called the number back and all it offers is to book a visitation, add funds to an account.

I also got a call from that number I just hung up.

Called twice within 10minutes (10:30pm). Declined call and went to voicemail. Blocked number the first time and then received a second voicemail without it ringing on my cell.

I dont want to receieve calls ever

Simple way around that is to not answer unknown numbers at all.

It could also be an inmate in a Manitoba Correctional Facility. The Government of MB website has this phone number listed as an inmate contact number

Got a call from this number. 1. accept the call cost, 2. refuse call, 3. learn the cost of call. Pressed 3 and the caller hung up. I don't know anyone in a correctional facility.

As of Sunday afternoon, Mar 4/18, I have been receiving these automated messages, with someone talking in the background and I have hung up, ignored, rejected and blocked the incoming calls. To no avail. I feel this is harassment and needs to be stopped forthwith. If it continues for the next day or so, I will go to my local police station to file a complaint.

Why when the number calls it rings for one second then says missed call? Inmate says rings more then that but not to my phone.. Does this mean the cops intercepted the call?

That number could be any federal prison in Canada. Or scam based in the supposition.
Don’t comply as there are no “collect” or calls to be paid for from reman facilities.

Take calls for people you personally know and recognize.
