Stop the calls

these people keep calling my cell phone asking for my daughter. I have told them she is incarcerated. They continue to call and hang up on me and are very rude.

Have received numerous calls from this phone number on my cell phone.  They also try to give you a File number, which may be a fake.  Don't call!

It was a recording asking for the parent of "jane doe".. (my daughter), saying they had important business matter to discuss and they had a file number.  Well, my daughter that they mentioned is only 16. There is NOTHING for them to discuss about her, or my other 3 kids for that matter.

They have called using a local business number. The caller ID said Kaiser, which is the health group that I have.

THey are calling several times a day at all hours,  sometimes within 15 minutes of each other.  I have caller ID, so I know who it is.  The only reason I knew it was Palmer and Associates, Attorney at law, I answered with my one phone that day that didn't have caller ID.  So now when the phone rings when I'm home, I always look at the number and it's always the above.

I haven't answered any of them, but they continue to call. I thought if I didn't answer they'd stop. What do they want? I called back once and thought I was in trouble, cause it was a law office...

I received a call on my cell phone today at work from a recorded voice stating they were from the law firm. I got scared because not only was it a  law office but they also knew my first and last name and middle initial.  They also gave me a file number.  I googled them after hanging up and found this site..........crazy

Call every day. No one on line.

They ask for someone named Robert Wagner, but that isn't me, I don't even know anyone named RObert Wagner. THey give me a file number too, I'm sick of them!

They call ALL THE TIME!  They say it's for James Osborn, who we don't know, and they give a case #.  It's just a recording asking us to call them back.  I want the calls to stop.

this number called us (we are in FL) with and automated message and asked for the parent of so and so which is my son.....had his full name and a case number and made it sound urgent. I have not called them back, nor will I.

They call asking for Jason Jackson, ref a file number and request a return phone call.  it's a wrong number, but they have probably called 30 times over the past few months.

I just got my telephone number a couple months ago. Almost immediately I started getting calls for a "JUstin Mc Dickell"(sp?) If you are not Justin Mc Dickell, please hang up. By not hanging up you are agreeing you are......yadda yadda yadda.

I of course dial the number back and the message machine says it is LAW OFFICES OF PALMER, RIFLER % ASSOCIATES.
HOW DO I GET THESE ANNOYING CALLS TO STOP? THEY ARE CERTAINLY NOT FOR ME...

One company this 'law firm represents is Kohl's department store.  They attempt to extort money from parents whose child may have been caught shoplifting from Kohl's.  They send letter threatening criminal action and law suits. They advise the parent by state law is responsible for loss of property, damage to property and the catch all they try to use is lost wages.  Don't fall for this, they try to say the police or sheriff is going to serve summons on the "parent of" but first of all this is not a criminal matter for the parent and by the time this 'law firm' gets involved it is not a criminal matter for the child. Secondly, no law enforcement agency will serve the "parent of" without knowing the parent name.  So, of course, never give them your first name. It appears the only 'leverage' they try is trying to get the parents afraid enough to pay the 'fees' this law firm states they are entitled.

I keep getting calls for "Reuben Rivera" from 866-736-8850, "a law firm,
concerning debt recovery".    There is no Reuben Rivera at 845-699-9932
nor has there been any such person at 845-699-9932 since I purchased a
Virgin Mobile cell phone.

My cell phone is a pay-by-the-minute phone, at 18 cents per minute.   I have
received 5 voice mails, and had to retrieve each of them, which amounts to
a minimum of 10 minutes at 18 cents a minute, or $1.80 which I had to pay,
and do not want to pay any more.   The caller will never reach Reuben
Rivera at 845-699-9932, so it makes no sense for them to continue trying
to reach him at 845-699-9932.

STOP CALLING 845-699-9932.
