Called in regards to my ex-wife. I have no clue why they would have this number or my address, as I moved here after we separated. Gave them my ex's number and told them not to call me again. Googled this afterwards because the lady did seem a bit shady, but it's my ex's problem, not mine.

This morning (on my birthday, no less!) I got a call from Lisa Turner who started firing questions at me such as, "Is this so and so and are the last four digits of your SSN ---?" And I said yes. Then she asked to verify my address and I got ticked off b/c she had yet to identify her purpose of calling. I said, "Why don't you tell me why you're calling and then we'll go from there." Then she said she needed to verify she had the right person before going into details. I was offended, as what right does she have to badger me with questions without even telling me why she was calling! So I just hung up on her. She called right back and left me a message on my answering machine, with the name of the company (Frederick Hanna) and telling me that I needed to call her back "before 3 PM today." I called my husband to have him deal with it (playing the birthday card of course) and he checked it out on-line and told me not to return her call and if she calls again, to refer her to him and he'll deal with him. What an awful company, legit or not. Who would want to work with this sort of stuff every day?? Are their employees people who got fired from spinning Mattress World signs??!

Caller refused to identify themselves and refused to send "postal mail" about a bill from their "client", threatening to "shut down the company".  All attempts to say the person they're trying to reach is not at the number they called were interrupted.

I think you should consider the fact that they are calling you for a reason.  And I'm sorry they called you regarding your debt on your birthday......get a clue

How about you pay your bill?? That one slays me cause no one ever thinks of that one!!!

I received a call from these guys a while back and didn't know who it was. It was a wierd voicemail so I checked out the phone number on googl and I did find out alot of information.  So I just told my Debt Negotiators like all the other collection agencies that call me.  Well About a month later they call back and I tell them I have representation.  The guy tells me if they contact him he's going to sue me. I told my Debt Settlement Company and they said they will take care of it.  Well about two months later I find out I have to go to court over by old MBNA account and When I called the negotiator he told me I should have read my contract with them and they can't help me. I tried to call Hanna back and they acted like real jerks and wouldn't even discuss my account. So after I got a judgment against me and had my wages garnished for a few months I finally borrowed enough money to be rid of them.  They are REAL JERKS, but I wouldn't go taking these guys too lightly.  THESE DEBT SETTLEMENT COMPANIES ARE THE REAL SCAM MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT YOUR CONTRACT AND THEY EVEN HAVE A WEBSITE TELLING YOU HOW CROOKED THEY ARE PUT UP BY THE GOVERNMENT THAT THE GUY AT HANNA TOLD ME ABOUT THAT I DIDN'T BOTHER UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE.

BUT STILL F*** Hanna.

here's an idea for anyone who doesnt feel like paying bills - move to TX and rack up a bunch of debt - Fred can't do jack there =)

called my sister's house saying that "he is not in trouble, I just need to ask him a few questions".  The call is actually for my ex, but they try to get the $$$ from me too.....

I can see that you have no education and have nothing better to do with your time then to be pissed off. I recieved a call becasue the people who had my  # prior to me seams to have had many problems ..... but I have to say if you are working in a debt collections office the likleyhood is that you too are a broke ass... That must be why you are so pissed off !!!!

The so called law firm is using scare tactics and i will not deal with them. THEY ARE A COLLECTION AGENCY! BOA is not aware that they are doing this.

Got a call from this guy on my voice mail several times stating he had someone there thqat worked for me named Hossinger and needed to straighten out some business with our company.  He specifically asked for me. We are a forwarding company. We do not have anyone named hossinger here and never have. Keeps calling every day. I have no debts with them and never have.

Racheal Oechsner of US Bank continues to call for a person not living here 3x in less than 2 months. She has mailed 2 letters to my home for same person. We have told her they have wrong info in their records. Just last night she screamed at my son wanting us to locate the person for her(do her job). The last number she called from was 866-811-1159 Law offices of Frederick J Hanna debt collector atty. The other numbers she has called from 888-780-3994 x 60669 and 314-996-0669. I called the 866-8111159 number this am and told them to stop calling my number the lady said she removed the number off the file I told her she better because this is harassment and they may face a lawsuit for it. Its valid to call and request for important info before disclosing. If you were smart then you would pay your bill on time and we wouldnt have to call. Who cares it was your birthday??? Bills don't wait cause of that. You and your husband shouldnt run away from responsibility. Don't be a brat and grow up!
