I am not sure he was abused, but I wouldn't bet against the possibility.  In the meantime, I'll keep my cat inside, just in case.

They tried to get me for a 500 a month when I could not afford it then they keep leaving meassages and cannot even say my name correctly so when they say steven davison when it is actually davidsen I immediately delete the phone message take a class in annouciation then I might return your calls,

They called me and didn't leave a message. I don't want to call them back to see who answers (if anyone)

I received several calls from this firm, from several different employees, they told me I owe BOA money and I need to take care of this right away or I could be in a situation I have never been in before.  I told them I would contact my attorney and they wanted his name that they would deal with him directly and I didn't need to be involved.  I asked for more information and they said they would talk to my attorney.  The employee that called me was a Joe Felix.   I have no idea what this is about.  They call me at work over and over again sometimes 2 to 3 times a day.  I have asked them not to do this but they continue

I have read at several different sites that if this number calls you and you answer the call,,,,, do not identify yourself in any way.  Do not give them your name, social security number, address, and don't even tell them your phone number or confirm the number that they have called.  

I was tricked last year by a so called lawyer from a collection agency in San Diego, California for a debt that I owed.  I have learned from that experience and will never fall for the con game/scam again.

Many of us 'responsible' people have become victims of this economy whether it be because of a decrease in income, or even a total lack of income, or medical bills not covered by insurance, or unplanned or emergent costs.  The debts that we have been 'responsibly' paying on time become late and sometimes missed completely.  This doesn't mean that we are losers or scum because we are now getting calls from debt collectors.  

I can sympathize with folks who are in the same boat that I am.  We try to make payment arrangements but these collectors don't care, and they do what they do best and that is to harrass, intimidate, threaten and talk rude and dispicable.

Hopefully the economy will turn around and we can all get back on our feet and pay off our debts.  Until then, we suffer dealing with these scum bags called debt collectors.

These calls are from an apparent scam operator.  They have called every number linked to my family, left nasty messages, and when I did answer, the caller was very rude and would not provide any information.

All of my bills are paid and my credit rating is about 700.  I recently purchased ID theft protection and have a rider for ID theft on my homeowners policy.  

I hope nobody ever answers a call from these people and maybe their scam will go out of business or start sending emails from an Afirican businessman who wants people to send him some money so he can give his millions away.  At least with that scam, all you have to do is mark it as spam and delete it.

A few months ago I got a call from these people. They're looking for the woman that previously had my number. I told them she no longer has this number and was told they'd no longer call my phone. A month later they called again from 866-811-1159. I told them the same thing. Not 5 minutes ago I got another call from 770-988-9055. I'm getting really tired of these people.

Morons! They called me and I didn't pick up, good luck getting your cash dummies I can barely make ends meet and you think I'm going to pay you. When the Govt bails me out I'll send you a check, LOL!!!

Just another blood sucker debt collector attempting to make money off people having money problems. Love to see their employment application. i.e. Are you a gluteus maximus orifice? Lawyers have screwed up the system and this country. There are just too many out there. There is not enough work and they are willing to take on any cause, lawsuit, etc. By doing so they bog down the system. They make behind the scene deals with their adversaries and judges. They are just concerned with billable hours.

Well, you fit in very nicely with the other pompous, self-righteous, condescending, holier-than-thou attorneys I've had the unfortunate opportunity to encounter.

While sitting up in your ivory tower, did you ever stop to think that maybe, just maybe, some of the people here may be getting these calls by mistake - such as when the calls are for the person who previously had that number assigned to their cell phone? No, of course not. You automatically assumed that everyone is a debtor.

I'm getting calls from them. I dont know who they are or what they want.
