Just got the same call, when I called back thay said they were looking for a Laurie Davis.  Never has been a Laurie Davis at my number, I've had it for 15 yrs.  Every few years I get these calls, looking for this person.  I am tired of it, when I got upset the person hung up on me.

I received the same exact message. Lisa blah blah blah...(John Taylor). The message pre-recorded does not say whom they wish to speak too. I believe this is a scam. Have all of you banked or ever banked with US Bank.

Also got a call on 2/26/2010 at 5:26 pm PT from "Lisa" that shows the Caller ID below but refers to "John Taylor" and calling him back at 866-852-2187. "He" was going to be available until 7 pm this evening.

The office gets at least 1 to 2 calls each month from this number asking to return a call to Mr. John Taylor who has had a file referred to him.
This is a business # and we have no idea who this call is from and we do not return a call.
We figured if it was legit, it would not be handled in this manner.

Same call from Karen stating to call Mr. John Taylor regarding "pending files".  The number showed up as 707-840-3039 and directed to call 866-852-2187.  That number belongs to Regent Asset Management Solutions, 7290 Samuel Dr., Suite 300, Denver Colorado.  They represent US Bank.  I received a letter from them some time ago regarding a "Tax Refund Settlement Offer".  Yeah, right!!!

This is the second time I've received a phone call from this scam.  The Caller ID brought up 507-412-4023 asking me to call John Taylors office 866-852-2187.  The first time I called I held on hold for ten minutes, then it just up and quite.  Red flag 1.  Then I called back and I chose a second option to pay the settlement.  I didn't enter anything and I also put in a bogus Credit card number and it accepted it.  Red Flag 3,4,5,6,7.  It didn't even ask for some way to verify it was me or to what account I was calling about.

This time I called the caller ID number back and got someone right away.  The answered it "Regant Asset Management"  The said it was regarding a file case from US Bank.  They had the right information, but this case was settled years ago.  They asked for my information without verifying who I was.  I refused to give it to them and chewed them a new one for harassment.  I'm contacting our local news media

Recieved a call to callback john taylar I have no clue whio this is.

Got a call from Lisa stating I should call about a file that was transferred to their office (no company name provided) and speak to Mr. Taylor directly at 866-852-2187.  She called from 866-320-9248.  I filed a complaint form with the FCC (FCC Form 1088 -Junk Faxes and Telemareting).  I have received 3 calls in the past month.  The message is exactly the same each time.

I received a call that went to my voice-mail from 866-852-2187. A girl named Lisa left message saying to return call to attorney John Taylor about an urgent matter. I googled the name and #. Apparently, a lot of people have received the same call.

Just got one from Lisa for John Taylor. The first thing I did is go to the 'net and type in his name and number. Got this site, first try. The irony about them calling my number? It's a pay-as-you-go phone from Net 10. Whomever they are calling, they are NEVER going to find him/her. This number's probably been recycled a couple of times, at least. LOL. If they call again, I'll just tell them exactly that. Hopefully, they'll stop calling. My next stop is the Do Not Call list.

I got the same John Taylor call from a Lisa. Smells like crap to me.

The call showed up as 999-999-9999 and left a message to call 866-852-2187 and ask for John Taylor. So I did with my Google phone number and got  Regent Asset Management Solutions. I asked for John Taylor and was told he was busy.

They said that they were in the same dept. and could help me. I said I would only speak with John Taylor and was told "you will never be able to reach him" I said then I will call back. Bottom line, there is no John Taylor and these people are scum.

Received a call on my cell phone (only my mother and husband have the number) by a woman called "Lisa." She stated that I needed to call a Mr. John Taylor at this number, and never addressed me by name. I do not know any John Taylor, and no John Taylor should have files on me in regard to anything. I smell a scam.

The call comes in to my phone appearing like a local number.  The local number used is 503.207.0641 and a woman's recorded voice tells me to call John Taylor on 866 852 2187.

This number, 866.852.2187, goes to Regent Asset Management (or something similar to that) and another voicemail system.  None of the options seemed to fit me since I didn't know about any account that I supposedly had with them.

Unless these people are prepared to verify who they are and why they believe they have business with me, I'm not prepared to talk to them about anything.

who is john taylor?  why are these people calling me and leaving messages about an "important" matter?  did anyone call them back?

I received a call from this number asking for someone I have never heard of, it was a voice recording on my voicemail; asking that I call John Taylor about an urgent matter.

Got a message on phone from Lisa said to call John Taylor by 7. I tried to call my phone service to see if they could help me on who the number belonged to! Forget that, the lady was real nasty to me! Anyway found my way here, the girl that said to google the number with the dashes in got me here! I have caller blocker on my phone and will block the number.

Try the attorney general of you state. They will lead you in the right direction!

Forget the phone blocker method, just tried and got the recording that number is not avaiable with this service! What good is call blocker if you cant use it!
