yes it is US bank seems like a legit call. You may want to call back and ask them to verify the last 4 however it seems strange to me that the guy above said it was not him either.

Got a call from local number (520)494-3147, message from John Taylor asking to call to verify information on a file that was referred to him. The message asks to call 866-852-2187, and my first instinct was to Google the number to find out who the hell it is. I've read through 8 pages on this number, and have filed a complaint with the FCC's Do Not Call registry for the local number as well as the 866 number. It's not worth the worry, just report their [***].

Guy left a message saying he was John Taylor and that we hadn't responded to messages left by his secretary.  I'm not calling anyone back until I get a REAL message from a REAL person...not even sure why they would be calling.  No account at US Bank!

John Taylor (claiming to be a lawyer) called me and stated "a file is on my desk right now and you need to call me right away, before I personally take action.

Just got a message from a John Taylor telling me that his secretary has been trying to reach me about a file that came across his desk.  He asked that I give him a call back as soon as I got the message.  I did call, but got an automated voice telling me I had reached Regents. It was then that I remembered reading about them here, so I just hung up.

Got a message on my cell about 3 hours ago from a John Taylor telling me that his secretary has been trying to reach me about a file that he has on his desk.  He asked that I give him a call back as soon as I got the message.  No indication of his organization, role or what the topic is. I'm on the national do not call list for almost a year.  What gives?

I really appreciate your feedback about this number.  I've received 4 messages all stating that his name is John Taylor and his secretary has been trying to get in touch with me regarding an important file that has come across his desk.  He says I need to call him back as soon as possible.  I have no idea who this could be, he sounds intimidating on the phone.  Of course, I will never call him, it sounds like a scam.  He never leaves a company name and it's the same recording each time.  What state is 866 area code anyway?

got a call from 615 510 3041 an Ashland city number a message from John Taylor to call back at 866 852 2187, called the 510 number back and they tell me to give the 866 number to someone else and have them call about a file. Unfortunately I have experience with debt collections and these is not how it works! The real agency is no where near or does not have a branch in Ashland city, TN, BEWARE! If you are paying these people get an attorney and look into it this has happened to several people I know.

Got the same thing as the rest of the folks. John Taylor, needs me to call the number mentioned about some sort of urgent file. At first I got nervous, because I'd never heard of the guy or any other item, thus I looked this thing up, and read the comments. Seems like a sham to me...

OK, I work for Apple computers in their sales division and I receive numerous calls every day from this "John Taylor" wanting to speak to me on a very important matter.  I was able to "capture" a screen shot of this inbound call and it showed they were calling from 916-509-3207 but "John Taylor" states he wants me to call him back at 866-852-2187.
I have advised Apple Supervisor and Apple is suppose to be addressing the issue.

This arrogant telemonster just called regarding a file.  He said his secretary had tried calling me numerous times and this was my final notice regarding a "file."   He is snotty on my v-mail and sounds like an ex-cop.

same John Taylor message here too, stupid BS.  Number on ID shows 928-864-5062, but message says to call the smuck at 1-866-852-2187.  I am leaving him hanging, I've never even had a US Bank account so who knows what it is about, but he ain't getting no call back from me.

Yeah got a recorded mess from John Taylor as well asking to call 866-852-2187 about an important document. Call came from 801-216-3837. Howd he get my number, it's brand new! ARG!

Never ever pay anyone you have no idea about or no letters in mail that are ligit. Just got a call from these people stating they are john taylor and his secretary has been trying to reach me regarding a important file that has been refered to his office and gave me his number 866-853-2187, when the phone rang the phone number on caller id was : 1-866-809-6415

This is the 3rd or fourth time I got a call like this.
