Said it was Microsoft support; going to block computer; call 866 853 5938

This morning I had three calls from this number as verified by dialing *69 after each call.  The first and last call claimed my Microsoft account had been hacked so they [***] it down to protect me.  On the second call, they pretended to be Direct TV!   It was not possible to get through to them after they called me.

Multiple calls to the landline phone all blocked by the no more robo blocker

Call at 926 am PDT.  For those of you who have no common sense:  scammers make phone calls and you interact and they sell your information to other crooks.  Please contact your political parties in your state and tell them it is time to submit a bill to ban ALL Robo Calls, no matter if they are legitimate or not.  You wanted your privacy folks, and this is where it has taken you.  Time for the Feds to shut all of them down.  Remind the elderly and impaired not to interact in any way and never call them back.  They are the ones who lost billions last year.  is that what you want to chit chatting and thinking they are real business?  The DNC list does not mean anything to crooks.  Get common sense back please!

These calls started yesterday after I was on my iPad for a while. And someone's tumblr has adware on it. After that we got the calls to the house phone. Because they now called this morning at a time when I wasn't even on, tells me our IP address is being accessed to call the landline. I'm reporting it to the FTC and my phone provider

called at 1502. left no message and no caller id.  must have been critically important.

Caller said someone was trying to hack in to my Microsoft based computer from outside the country. They wanted a fee to clean my system. I informed the sales guy (scammer) that I only have Apple computers in my home. They hung up very quickly. They are now blocked.

This number has called 8 times today.  Someone has hacked my computer from outside the country and they have shut my microsoft down. They need me to call them so they can unbind my computer.  After I hung up the first time and did not call them back, I am no longer answering my calls from this number.

It is a fake call regarding your Microsoft account. Trying to get you to give them your username and password.

Caller said [***] me called over and over to harass...said that no one could stop him.

Received  VM stating they were shutting down my Microsoft Acct. Same as other reports noted

Have received many calls from them today it is very annoying!  I haven't answered nor will I.  I heard on ABC news just last night not to answer any unknown calls!  I suggest noon one call them back.  If you do then they will know you have an active account, your number will appear on their caller ID and the calls will never stop.  Please block their number so you won't continue to be harassed.

Caller said he was from microsoft an that someone had gained access to my computer he also had an indian accent .

Same thing about microsoft accnt. Background noise didnt sound like call center so hung up...they have call many times today...

Received call, automated female voice, claiming to be from Microsoft.  Claimed someone was trying to access my Microsoft account from outside the US.  They were shutting down my account and I need to call tech support.  I hung up before she gave the number.  Had a call supposedly from Microsoft once before only it was an actual person.  Claimed someone was accessing my windows computer.  When I asked which one, he said the one I was using.  Told him I have 5 and I'm not at any of them right now.  So, which one were they trying to access.  He kept saying my "windows" computer.  Told him all 5 are windows computers so which one is being accessed.  He never could be more specific than just my "windows" computer.  I finally got tired of messing with him and hung up.

Message - computerized 'voice' - from "microsoft" regarding someone out of country attempting to get into my account and they were freezing it.  Left this number for call back.  No doubt phishing.

Automated message stating that my "Microsoft account has been compromised and has been accessed by someone outside of the US."
Missed 6 calls from this same number today.
