Keep getting calls all day everyday from this number sometimes at 8am until about 9pm. I finally called back and the guy told me my Microsoft account was at risk. He said the computer I'm using right now was being hacked. I do not even own a computer lol. Definitely a scam

I just keep calling them back and aaking random things like if they have tacos and stuff. Might as well when im bored lol

1866-853-5938 call my cell phone and they said it was Microsoft which is a bunch of bullcrap just go tell them to screw a cow.  all they are is a bunch of damn scammers. Don't answer their calls ever again.

866-853-5938 called my phone left a message saying they were with Microsoft and that I needed to call them back right away because someone outside the country was trying to hack into my account obviously I ignored that call

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?

Calls everyday for several weeks now - no message left.  My Panasonic phone block list is full!  Have to get a new one now.

Have called about 6 times today

I told them to take our name and number off their list. Their reply was " I love you too"

Excessive calling!  Extremely annoying yet scary knowing my phone number.

A robo call informing me that my Microsoft account has been blocked because of suspicious activity and instructed me to call the same 800 number to unblock my account. I'm beginning to think maybe my phone carrier AT&T is behind this to convence me I need to buy additional options to block numbers. Today I  received this same robo call 4 times in a row between 9am and 1pm.
OPPS Just got another at 1:58pm so that's 5 times.

That idea is hilarious.  Especially since everyone is getting these calls.  I find it absolutely amazing and astounding that you haven't heard to the Microsoft computer tech scam that has been running for years and years and has been publicized on TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, and numerous websites.

Gotten at least 15 calls over the last week saying they needed to shut down my Microsoft account because of usage out of the country.

Exact same thing happened to me.  I did not call the number.  I blocked that caller.

Called me. Claims to be from Microsoft saying that someone is trying to hack into my account. First of all, I do NOT have a Microsoft account. These are hackers trying to get your private information, Do NOT answer the phone when you see this number 866-853-5938.
Additionally, the federal government will only investigate high volume complaints, so everyone who received a call from these criminals should report it to the FTC at https://www.donotcall.gov/
