I was also charged by them even though I never signed up! I canceled the service through AT&T  and still got texts from them!! I even had AT&T block them! I'm going to try the STOP text and see if that helps.

I started receiving texts from "GAGACell IQ Fun Facts" whose short code is 25870. I received 3 texts within 2 minutes from these people, all the same about signing up. I ignored the first 2 and sent STOP after the 3rd per the text instructions and received a msg from 1111487101 stating that I will no longer receive messages or charges for the service from iq.gagacell.com. I immediately googled them and found multiple sites with scam complaints about them that alerted me to their monthly charges of $9.99 and automatic sign up when trying to just get off their call list. I logged on to Live Chat with my AT&T account, told them about the texts & the forums about them scamming and they showed a 9.99 subscription service just put on my account with MoblMedPro. They canceled it and put a purchase block on all my lines for free. This all happened within 5 minutes.  I googled MoblMedPro and not one single thing came up.
Everyone should report them to the FCC consumer complaint online.  It's 3 sections and fairly quick to do.  I just got finished doing that myself.  Here is the link:  http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
Under complaint type click on 'Telemarketing, Prerecorded Message and Do-Not-Call'  (it lists wireless phone too but that is more for service type complaints.  The telemarketing has a category for text messages.) click next and then click on the category 2nd to last...'Live telemarketing....etc...advertising text messages...etc...received on a wireless phone'.  Click next and then just fill out the info about your particular texts.  Very easy and hopefully the FCC can lock these [***] down....or at least fine the [***] out of them.

These [***] just hit my phone too.  
I called ATT and they verified that I had just subscribed to a $9.99 text service.   I assured them that I certainly did NOT and they removed the charge from my bill.

Billed $9.99.  This number was referenced.  Have no idea who or what they are.  Do not recall a text or telephone contact regarding this number.

Just got the two texts as well.  I'm in the camp of DO NOT REPLY.  On T-Mobile forward them free to 7726 to report them as SPAM.

Wow, my dad put the bill to my phone on the computer table with fees coming out the behind. didnt sign up for these, replied stop and it sent back saying i wasnt subscribed to them in the first place. WTF?

Same situation here. Two texts back to back saying I had been subscribed for $9.99. Immediately called the 866 number in the text and told the operator to cancel. Of course, she advised that she was only in a call center and that she didn't actually work for the company that text me. Total freakin racket.

So just got my at&t phone bill and sure enough they charged me $9.99. Called at&t and had them cancel the service and refund the $9.99. Also had them place a block on charges to my phone bill without entering a pin number. So, problem solved. I just wonder how many people don't check their bill and just pay for it without knowing. With all the taxes we pay and government agencies supposedly protecting consumers, seems like we shouldn't have to worry about someone billing our phone bill without authorization.

I can't confirm the origin of where this came from, but I got a message stating:
"CellFlame IG Fun Facts at $9.99/mo. Msg&Data Rates May Apply. Reply HELP for help. Enter UR password on the web site 2 continue: XXXX"

That was followed up by a welcome message, and my first "fun fact".

Anyway, I called AT&T, and they removed the charge (which had already posted to my account within 20 minutes of getting the message), and added what they called 'Purchase Blocker' to my account which is a free service to block any and all of these types of purchases. I would highly recommend adding it to avoid this problem in the future!

I just filed a complaint against them with the FCC.  EVERYONE scammed by them should be filing a complaint, it's the only way to shut the [***] down!

I made a purchase at SEARS, were I am asked my phone number. Within minutes I am inandated with texts like;  Welcome to GAGACell IQ! For HELP call 18668611606 $9.99/mo for 3msg/wk. Reply HELP for help Reply STOP to cancel Msg&Data Rates May Aply don't give your phone number out at the checkout!

I found a website that lists their email address registering for Bunemedia.com....

Did the same on my bill also. An additional 18.00 - ugh. That is a charge I don't need in these times. Strapped for money.

I've gotten texts from both MobChance IQ Fun Facts and BigBrain IQ, I have AT&T, and would LOVE to know how the heck they got my phone number in the first place, as I ONLY give it out to personal friends and family, and they all have strict instructions NOT to give out my number, and none have.  So where or who is the source, AT&T?  They are the only ones who I can't guarantee wouldn't give out my number.  Really thinking of dropping them, even though I've had an iPhone since they first came out.  I'm just that frustrated.

I got the same text from 1-855-707-9987, I text STOP back, however, it is the point!!!!!
Remember whenever u get this kind of text, NEVER text back!!!
I just call my T-mobile, the customer service is really nice and helpful, he said it hadn't shows on my bill yet, but he will block the number and leave a message for my record, Whenever i get charged,they will know it and will refund to me.
It's a 3rd party message, so be carefull!!!!

I received this spam message and called AT & T, whom immediately blocked the account and refunded me, as I was on this account the past month.

I will be posting on my Facebook page, but it's high time that scumbag organizations like
Blockbuster IQ should be taken down and fully prosecuted.

Make sure to call AT&T if you receive this text.  Your account has been charged.  Please also take a moment to fill out a form on the BBB website and request to speak with an AT&T manager to find out why they allowed you to be charged.  

If we don't complain, then we don't get changes.  Also, you might look for a class action lawsuit.  This sounds like bad business practices and feel lawsuit friendly.

We also got hit by MoblMedProdUS ... and they were sneaky by having the charge show up just after our billing date, so by the time I got the bill there were already two charges on the account ... and, even more baffling, the supposed subscription date was on a date when we were out of the country and had our phones in airplane mode ... AT&T applied a credit very quickly and with no argument, so it must be a common thing.

Had a 9.99 charge on my bill with ATT, called them and told them I never subscribed to this, said they would credit my account for the charge and put a stop on it. Have no idea how it ended up on my bill, never subscribed to it. Have my phone numbers on the Do Not Call list and still get calls. The web address on my bill was www.mblox.com. Gonna reoprt them to the BBB.

Got this showing up as a 9.99 mobile purchase on my wireless bill. You can call AT&T and have it removed; they can also put a restriction on your mobile account to prevent any other mobile purchases from being made. Anything we ever buy for our phones is through the Apple store - iTunes or the App Store, but never through AT&T. Still no idea what it's for, but they say they're refunding it, so yay!

AT&T has to be aware of this problem and does nothing about it.  A class action lawsuit against AT&T need to be initiated to light a fire under AT&T
