I get calls every a week from this number speaking I think spanish and then hangs up.

keeps calling my cell, tons of noise in the background must find a way to report this number to the Feds!

I too continue to receive calls from this number. They have the nerve to call in the evening and more than once.  They leave no message.

I just got my first call from this number. The only way I have been able to stop harrassing calls like this are to file a complaint with the FCC.

I'm on the National and State No-call registry. I called them back and they were trying to contact someone else.

I don't answer calls I don't know, but this number has called my cell twice in a week.

I have received numerous calls from this number, and everytime i answer they ask for "angela" which is NOT me!! I asked them to please stop but they continue to call.

Just got a call from this number at my corporate office.  Was having a meeting so I didn't pick up.  It went to voicemail and I got a 2 1/2 minute recording of Kenny G hold musak.

if you are receiving calls from this number, you are late on a credit card bill.

Left a 3 minute voicemail with nothing but beeps.

Received call on Sunday asking for family member who does not live with me.  Said it was "her bank."  Claimed this was number given by her.  Said to have her call 866-873-9134.  Hung up and called number on caller ID.  Got recording, loud music, and then a Spanish speaking male answered.  I inquired as to name of company.  He replied:  APPLIED CARD SYSTEMS.  This is the worst credit card company in world.  They refuse to take payment in full and cancel family member's card.  Notorious for underhanded business practices.

I have received this call four times at work.  Twice I let it go to voicemail.  There was a lot of static, then it hung up.  I answered yesterday out of curiousity and there was static and a foreign sounding guy came on asking for some name I didn't recognize.  I told him he had reached a business.  He asked me if I was sure that person wasn't there.  Today they called again.  Same routine, same guy, same name.  I told him NOT to call again.  He persisted on asking again about that person.  I hung up on him.  Very annoying!

I reported them to the FTC.  The caller is Applied Card Systems and the FTC filed an order (effective until 2024) prohibiting the practices they are currently employing.  I also reported them to the FCC and our state attorney general.  They have been sued numerous times by states for  unscrupulous business practices.  They keep calling me and asking for a family member not living with me.  I've told them to stop, but they persist.  Hopefully the FTC, etc. will put a stop to them.

I receive calls almost daily from this number. They have asked for a specific person every time and always the same name.  I tell them that this is my number and I have had it for years, they then say they will remove it from their call lists and not call again.   They call everyday.  

They did tell me that someone activated a credit card from this number, but it is a cell phone and I always have it with me.  No one has access to my cell.

Four calls over the weekend and one this morning so far.   Over the weekend I spoke to the caller at length and made it clear that I have had the phone for over two years and that the name they were requesting was not mine.  I was told they would correct their records.   Obviously, this did nothing.

These people have been calling my mother's tracfone for weeks looking for someone I have never heard of. I called them today and asked, "Are you guys a collection agency or a bank?" The man goes, "I can't tell you that, sir." Very creapy. I called the attorney general of my state, left a message about the harassment and requested a call back on it. Its veteran's day. I am hoping the attorney general's office calls me tomorrow.

Keep getting calls from this business for a person that rented at this address. They moved out, our family moved in as new renters..new phone number and we are now getting calls asking for the previous renter. Told them many times that this person rented at this address but other than that we have had no link with them what so ever. Must have done a address look up and came up with our phone number. Asked them to stop calling...The rep named Rose (foreign accent) said she removed use from their list. We'll see what happens.
