Thanks to another website, this has been really helpful: https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/8668738592

(Scroll down to see Ty's comment on 12/29/07)

I dialed the number and actually reached the Office of the President of Applied Card Systems.

Per Ty's comment, the number of the President is:
    484-840-1700

I actually talked to the Secretary of the President, and she transferred me to a Senior VP, whose name is:
    Mike Cool. (484) 840-1700 x29166

But apparently it seems like Mr. Cool (yeah, I can't believe that's his last name) is used to calls like this, because without picking up my calls, he transferred me to some lady who "works below him", by the name of Allan at (484) 840-1700 x21585... [Sun-Thurs 2:30 - 11:30PM, EST]

...who then answered my call and then put me on HOLD without listening to my message!!!

    <sigh>

This better work, or I'm going to call Mr. Cool directly!!!

I get calls from this number at least every 2 hours, from 9:00 am to around 8:00 pm. Most days it rings at exactly 9:30 am and 6:00 pm. Most of the time nobody is there, sometimes if I wait for thirty seconds someone answers, looking for Dawn. No matter how many times we tell them she doesn’t live here, and to stop calling, they keep calling!

So, i just started getting calls from these [***] a few weeks ago.  The first few times, I didn't answer because I didnt recognize the number.  I let it go straight to my voicemail, and no message was left.

After a while I start getting voicelmails saying that they are trying to contact "elsa" or something.  They say they are calling from applied bank and to return the call.

Now im not going to call, cause I heard that when you return the calls sometimes, you will get charges on your phonebill (a classic scam).

So I started picking up the phone within the last week.

The first few times I just said "nobody is hear by that name"

2 days ago, I changed my reply to "you have the wrong number, please stop calling here"

and yesterday i said "look, youve called me lots of times and i keep telling you to stop calling here"
the reply i got is "sorry sir, I will take your number off of our list"

well guess what?...i got another call this morning.

Since I am sure that their offices are probably on the east coast or midwest, they call about 9:30 or 10:30am their time, which is 7:30 or 8:30am california time (where I am).

I am a student who usually has classes in the morning, and it is really annoying to be interrupted during a lecture in class by these stupid [***] phone calls.

so....when they call again, im gonna have a little fun with them....i'll post on here and let you guys know what happens.

I don't even have a credit card.  And, I just got my number 1-1/2 weeks ago.  And-I don't even know anyone by the name they are looking for.  Idiot.  If I was late on a card I wouldn't be complaining.

Get calls constantly (about every 8 hours)from this number, and they ask for someone who is not me.  I told them it's not me, remove the number from their list, and 8 hours later i got called again!  they told me it takes 48 hours to process the request, so i'll let you know if i get anymore calls!

well, i just read more of the entries on this site.  guess they will just keep bothering me.  how do you go about filing a complaint with the FCC? If someone could explain the steps to file on this site, we should all file another complaint immediately!
