That's not true. I am seventeen years old and I have never had a credit but yet they still call Me.

Called me 3-4 times per week. Sounds like from India or elsewhere. Told them to remove my number. Keep coming back to me.

I recieve 20 calls a day 7 days a week from this number. They ask for someone else and I try and tell them it's not me and they have the wrong number but they say the account is protected and I am not authorized to change the number. I filled a report with the FTC and all I can say is if I ever ran in to the [***] that caused this to happen.... Good luck to all of you! I encourage anyone getting a call from this number to file a report with the FTC. It only takes a minute on line and lets put an end to this with strength in numbers.

tell them to speak ENGLISH, and blow a damn whistle in the phone, since nobody does a F**ckin thing about them!!!!!!

This appears to be a real bank named Applied Bank. I have never done business with them. They call and say I owe money. I say to them "you have the wrong number, wrong person and never call this number again" each time they call which is now more then once a day. I found an 800 number for them (if you call it they can see your caller Identity). It's 888-839-7952. To get through the menu don't select "credit cards". Caroline answers.  Don't give any personal information like your name. If you mention credit cards she won't forward the call to her "boss"  Loveen Newman who hung up on me. Next time I receive a call, I will call and try to get the name of an bank officer. Don't be nice!

It's Applied Bank! I just received calls four hours apart and for several days. I have no business relationship with them and do not owe money. Each time they call I tell them they have the wrong name and number and not to call again. That should be enough to stop the harassment. They said they were calling from India. At the card division of the bank a "Jane" without a last name answers the telephone (484) 840-1700 for division president Charlie Albano. They refused to provide the name of the bank president. She transfered the call to Frank Cuoco, Sr. VP at the legal department. Albano, if that's a real person, doesn't take calls. From his linked-in page it looks like he was an attorney at Weinstein and Riley. I am now searching the state bars (it's not Pennsylvania, maybe New York)  to file a compliant. Carl Kruelle at 302-326-4200 is a Sr. VP at the Bank. Apparently the bank gets a lot of complaints regarding the card division, so if you mention it they end the call. These people should be called at home and on their cells or at least called every time they wrongly call somebody from India.

Receive calls multiple times per day asking for someone I do not know.  Have promised to take my number off call list, but the calls keep coming.

These clowns keep calling, and my number is on the do not call list as well.   I suspect they are actually attempting to get existing bank account numbers for computer fraud purposes.  I will go back to do not call and file a complaint.
