These people keep calling my cell and looking for Grace Wilson. I don't know her and I asked them to stop calling me two times!!! IT hasn't stopped yet. This is very irritating and is using MY cell minutes.

I recieve calls to my cell phone daily from these people, some days several times a day. One day I just kept picking up and hanging up and they'd call right back!!! I've told them over and over and over that they have the wrong number. They keep telling my that it'll be 48 hours and I'll be off their list.. well it's been almost a month now. I've told them that I'll report them for harrassement and they still call. I'm so sick of it!! and like Sal said.. it's using my cell minutes!! I found this thread just by googling the number. I'm not surprised to find so many others getting calls from this number.

I was getting 2 calls a day from them asking a David A. Bodika..(at least thats what i think they were saying), i tried calling them back a million times until finally i got sum one i could understand..It was some Hong Kong Bank, according to the guy and this person is a client. Anyway i told him i was not this person...and the calls have stop...thank god...

however the easiest way to get them to stop is to call your cell phone company/phone company and just have them block the number.....

I do have an Applied Card acct.  It is current. Recently I've been getting calls from these people.  I called the number I have used for the Applied credit card customer service since I got the card. (Several years ago).   I read them this number, they never heard of it.

The people at this number are trying to get your banking info, and have very little info about you.  They also, can' provide anything in writing.

I am getting calls from the same 1-866-873-8592 also.
The last one came today at 12:52 pm on 15 July 2008 here in KY.
They are not selling anything and I have no late bills what so ever.
I do not know the person they are asking for and they seem to ask for a different person each day.
The caller spoke with a mid eastern accent.
I too have asked him to not call us anymore.
He replied...okay. He called again the very next day and has called every single day since.
Next time he calls I am going to act like I am the person he ask for.

Go to Google.com and type in "Applied Bank Card Services"
This is who is calling from 1-866-873-8592.
I called it back and they first put me on hold.
I waited.
A man answered with Applied Bank Card Services.
He wanted my phone number claiming to need to check my account to figure out why they called me.
I have no account with any Applied Bank Card Services....never heard of them and if I did why do they keep asking for different peoples names each time they call me or why hang up on me?
He just kept asking for my phone number to check my account.
I didn't give him my number....they have it allready!
I told him that I was going to report them and then I hung up on him.
maybe if each of us call them back 5 times a day and do exactly what they are doing to us they'd get the message...or get so tied up they can't make calls.

I suggest each person who gets these calls to do a google.com search to see if they can identify if they have an account with these people.
If not then report them to your phone company.
This is pure harrassment!!!!

They call almost every day, sometimes during the evening hours. I answer, and they don't even talk. I've tried calling the number and they phone rings, then a voice says something along the lines of "This business person is busy, please move to the next available desk"

they've called me every day at 8am and again the afternoon for the last week. I just told them to stop calling they said they were looking for Tina, that is not my name. they told me that for them to remove the number, they would have to know my name, so that they could show that it is under a different name. i said no, but finally gave them a fake name so supposedly they won't call anymore.

I receive calls from this number daily.  The first time they called they asked for someone who I did not know.  I explained that there was no one by that name at this residence.  Since that time they call daily and refuse to answer.  It simply rings and no one is there.  Really, really annoying.

They call me everyday asking for Charlie.  I am not charlie nor do I know anyone named Charlie.  They have an Indian or Spanish accent.  I tell them to please stop but they keep calling me.  I am at the ends of my nerves please stop them!!!

I am on the do not call registry. I made a complaint to them. I never spoke to anyone. The calls have always been on my voice mail. I suspect this is an automated dialing program and they have some nefarious motive.

I have been getting these calls almost daily for a few weeks. I called back and found out that they are from Applied Bank in India, a Stanley Jones. He wanted my personal information,(I did NOT give it)before he
said that he could tell me what the calls are about.

I am sick of India taking over the United States!

Someone from this number calls my house everyday.  When I pick up and say hello, whoever is on the other end says nothing.  It is getting quite annoying.

I keep getting calls from 866-873-8592 & they ask for some1 whom I do not know & I keep telling them to get my number off there list & it hasnt stopped, this is my cell number & is annoying cause either i waste minutes answering or having to check voicemail

Harassing phone calls for a person who previously had my phone number.  They refuse to stop calling me even though I have told them this person does not live here.

I get calls from these people on my cell phone that only three people have the number. How did they get my number? They call at least twice a day everyday & I just dont answer the phone.

called numerous times on different phones, including a private cell phone. left no message.
