These people keep calling for someone who does not live here we have told them repeatly not to call and they continue to do so.

I was concerned when others said this number is Paypal collections, because I've never been late on anything and always pay my balance in full.  They did leave a message, but it was just to say they weren't going to send me paper statements anymore.  Fine by me.

PayPal called and left me a message letting me know that starting with my next statement, they will all be electronic.

I can also confirm it is just Pay Pal saying they are switching to all electronic statements.

I don't ever bothering answering .I very seldom use the home phone so they can call untill the end of this world.

My Dad died 6 months ago and owed Pay Pal (GE Money Bank) $3.12. They call everybody in my family 3 times a day. I will never pay them because they
will not send a paper bill. These people are loan sharks. WARNING!!!!!!!!

They just called me too. 4:26 PM on 5/19. Didn't answer, no voicemail. I DO have a paypal account, HOWEVER, I know that I 100% do NOT owe anyone ANY money, so my best guess is this is a scam. EVERYONE BEWARE!!

Received a phone call this morning (Private on caller ID) stating that my account was severely past due with Paypal Smart Select.  I had just been online to make a payment and checked my statement.  Everything is current.  Called the # that was given and got someone with a strong accent.  He supposedly looked at my account and found everything up to date and couldn't explain why I had received a phone call.  I couldn't seem to make him understand the situation, so I just told him "goodbye" and hung up.  Looked up the # given on google to see if it was a scam.  Should have done that in the first place.

I missed a Paypal credit payment by a few days and this company (NCO Financial) had the nerve to call a brother of mine out of state looking for me.  I believe that's illegal and don't quite understand how his number was even given to this company  :(

When you get a phone call from paypal, its not because you are the unlucky victim of the day. You are getting these calls for a reason although they do not explain themselves.

Yes, you probably do owe them money. If you have not yet verified your bank account with paypal, none of your payments will go through. Your bill is an accumulation of all transactions made since you've opened your account.

In summary, verify your bank account, (you will need to see the two deposits paypal put into your account and enter those two amounts when asked to verify your bank account), and when this is done, pay off your account for once and for all, and pray that there will be no more phone calls. It worked for me so good luck

Um, I am not behind on my Paypall account. WTF!

I receive phone calls, mostly hang ups from this number several times a day.  I don't owe anything to paypal.

This number has called my cell phone repeatedly and when I finally answered, a person who could barely speak English mumbled about Paypal and wanting 35.00.  My account is current and no money is due until January 15 2012.  They are owed nothing and I want the calls to stop. ASAP.
GE Capital on Behalf of Paypal Connect calling 17 days in advance of when a payment is due asking for a payment.  This is a good way to lose me as a customer.

Paypal Connect calling for GE Capital.  The calls have been daily throughout the day for seveal days and when I finally answered, I was addressed by a person speaking in quick, unintelligible, broken English.  When I asked what they wanted, I was asked for 35.00 to be paid on my paypal account that is not owed until January 15, 2012.  The calls have been coming in 5-7 per day and on my cell phone.  There is no reason for these calls as no money is currently due Paypal for purchases I have made on Ebay.  The only thing this will get Paypal is a paid off account that will be shut down.  This is no way to do business with customers who not only use their accounts, but pay what is owned before the due date.

THEY ARE CALLING LOOKING FOR MY SISTER WHOM I HAVE NO CONTACT WITH HOW CAN I GET THEM TO STOP CALLING ME THEY JUST WILL NOT.I WILL JUST SUE THEM THAT IS ALL TO IT.

I just got this new phone number a month ago, these guys have been calling me 6 times a day the past month since I got this new phone. I'm guessing whoever had it last must have a Paypal account because I sure don't, and whenever I answer the phone to tell them that, I never get a response just silence! I've had to keep my phone on vibrate always because of these guys and now I'm going to have to change my number!
