PLEASE STOP CALLING! I CAN PAY SO MUCH ON MY BILL. STOP RAISING THE FEES AS I PAY THE BILL. I HAVE STOPPED CHARGING ON THIS ACCOUNT, SO STOP USING OBAMACARE AND HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I finally answered this call today. Normally I let machine get calls, but this one never leaves message.. Girl  says my Paypal payment was late for May 28. I closed this account last year or so. I pay $22.00 a month currently. Almost paid off.

Bill happened to be right beside me on desk. Says payment due June 28, $22.00 due. So how can May be late?

I told her I was paying what it said was due. Nothing else. She started talking a late fee and I hung up. Also noticed a beep while we were talking. Recorded?

Anyhow, that is the only payment I pay by check, so when statement comes, I will be able to see when it was cashed. Most are cashed by the 25th of the month. I always send a couple weeks early.

I have a paypal account but not a credit account. They keep calling my cell phone and don't leave a message. I logged in and verified that I used my hard line phone number with the account so obviously someone gave a fake phone number when signing up. Which means that all of you know it alls on here saying that all you have to do is "pay the bill and the calls will stop" are full of it.  For some reason my callfilter Droid app is not blocking this number.My hard line is a Panasonic Dect 6.0 model KX-TG7531 and it blocks up to 50 phone numbers, which is really useful since I have a new phone number and the last person that had it had a lot of collectors calling.

They call constantly and won't leave a message. They need to stop, or at least leave a message.

I got a call once from PayPal and hung up on them.  I contacted the fraud division of PayPal and asked them if there was something wrong with my account (which, of course, there was NOT).  They said to always contact the fraud division (you will find it on their website) and do NOT give any information to anyone who calls because it will always be a scam.  Now I'm getting calls from the number you all are talking about, but I haven't answered them.  Got on here to see what it is, and I'm going to just block it.

Paypal stopped sending me a bill and insists I requested paperless billing. Get at least two calls a day. @jensaks~~how do you block the number?

After I made a scheduled payment for Paypal, this number kept calling 12 times the same day. I spoke with a "Rep" and he said he noted it on the account after the first call. Might I add I was only 3 days late on the account!?! Insane...

get a google voice account, port your current number. Then when you get unwanted calls, tag hem as spam. then next time they call they will get line disconnected message.

correction, choose block to call to play the disconnected number message when they call. with google voice.

No message just keeps calling

WARNING  THIS IS A SCAM !  THEY WILL TRY TO GET YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!!  THEY THREATEN YOU WITH COLLECTIONS !  DON'T OWE ANYTHING! IF U USE PAYPAL ! REPORT THEM ! AND BLOCK THERE NUMBER IF YOU CAN..  I KNOW VERIZON OFFERS THIS!

Maybe Pay Pal should check their own billing system before they put your account on a list that keeps getting constantly harrassed with these calls, I owe them nothing and my account is up to date, I have been getting these calls for weeks, answered them, asked them to stop calling, and they say it's set on a timer and will continue to call until someone shuts off the number, so BLOCK it is the only answer, has nothing to do with paying your bill...Obviously DJ has no clue what he's talking about.. just sayin.

Calls me every hour of every day. STOP CALLING, I am on the do not call list.

As you all have read, (and they are all virtually the same story) I get calls on my home phone about three times a day. They NEVER leave a message. And no, I can't block it. NOW, I'm getting calls at my work! They ask for me by name. The lady that phoned said her name was SHARYN. I was on lunch, and didn't get the call. Someone took a message, and said she had a very heavy Indian accent! She asked me to call her back at 866-899-6190. I had a friend look up the number on his cell phone, and he showed me this website of complaints.I will never answer them. I will never call them back. As you guessed, I'm very current on payments.

This is harrassment!!!!!!

Hopefully, somebody who knows how to stop these people wil do something about it, and hopefully, we will get reimbursement in a judgement for this harrassment.

Same thing as what everyone else is pretty much saying. They claim to be with pay pal credit card and are saying that my bill is past due,  which it is NOT. They are scam artist who most likely worked for or knows someone who does work for that company and got their slimey little hands on all paypal smart connect customers names and numbers. They probably want us to give them our banking information to "pay our overdue bills." They have called me consistantly for weeks.. 10 times a day at least.

I just got an urgent-sounding voicemail telling me to call this number ASAP, but first checked the website.
I have a positive balance in my paypal account and there was no sign of suspicious activity. The number provided by the website is completely different. This sounds like a scam.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH LEATHERUP USING MY PAYPAL TO PAY THEM,, NOW IM GETTING EMAILS TO CALL THIS NUMBER FROM GE CAPITAL BANK,,,,, THIS STARTED RIGHT AFTER COMPLAINING TO PAYPAL ABOUT LEATHERUP,,,, NOW I SEE THEY (LEATHERUP) HAVE ADDS ON HERE,, GE EMAIL SAYS IM BEHIND IN PAYMENTS WHEN IN FACT IM 2-3 PAYMENTS AHEAD,,,

DID YOU DO ANY CHARGES WITH LEATHER UP .COM ??

These people are ridiculous. I have 15 calls between the last 2 1/2 days.  This is crazy and when I answer the phone there is no one there.
