This is a $1000 dollar shopping spree. Yeah right they couldn't tell me anything about the company but they wanted my bank information and all I had to do was pay a 1.99 shipping cost for the package. Then he said let me switch you to the confirmation line and talk to the floor manager. It was the same guy with a bad middle eastern accent. I didn't go thru with it because it seemed kind of suspected.

I was over at my mom's house tonight and got a call from this number.  Ironically enough, they had called last night, but my mom just told them she wasn't interested.  After a lengthy conversation of the telemarketer trying to convince her to give out her information, my mom said, "I'm not interested," and hung up.  I answered the phone tonight and got some lady who didn't even know her own name.  She told me at first it was Annie but later stuttered over it like she had to remember.  (Are there many people with thick accents named Annie??)  I asked her for her telephone number so I could verify the company and she got irate.  She told me that she'd give me the number after I gave her my information.  So I told her I wouldn't give out any information until I got a phone number.  After trying multiple times to manipulate me into giving out my information, she gave me her ID number: 018405 (in case anyone's interested).  Apparently she thought that would get me to stop asking for the number...it didn't.  Finally, she gave me the 1-866-901-8966 number and I told her I would have to call back because I was busy.  That really set her off!  She told me that she isn't some horrible sales person trying to steal information from her "customers".  When I told her for a second time that I was busy and would have to call back, she threw a fit and said, "That's not my problem!" and some other gibberish that I couldn't understand and hung up on me.

I got a call from the same guy that is described above with the horrible middle-eastern accent.  He was rude and did'nt want to give any information about the company but was asking for my bank information.  This is a scam for sure!!!!! Beware!  But I'm still wondering how he got my information.....he had my current address and everything. The number that came up on my caller ID was 1312, and 1311.

HE CALLED BACK TWO TIMES.  THE NUMBERS ARE 701-222-5969, 701-222-2261, AND 701-222-7453.  ALL NUMBERS WHEN YOU CALL SAY NOT A WORKING NUMBER.  I SAID I WAS REGISTERED ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST AND HE SAID MY NUMBER WAS RANDOMLY SELECTED BY APEX.

Well, I got this same call a few times throughout this day and a few good calls in recent days past, today is friday october 26th,2007 and at around 8P.M I did give my bank account info and now at 9:40 at the Java Juice I have found this page online on my pc but...... is it too late to do anything?? Maybe I should call my bank and have this deal frozen and disallow this company to get any funds, they say they will send a 10 day free trial offer of "high speed dial up" and "slim body fuel" dietary supplement and a "premium vacation package" and gave me a verification number, maybe I can just refuse these offers and nothing bad will come of this. A recording comes on at one point specifically says that I will be given 3 offers with which I can take them up on at least one in order that I would "qualify for a thousand dollar online shopping spree and 2 day 3 night vacation package. With all this info here on this page I sure have enough to go on into pursuit of this company for a lawsuit if anything out of the ordinary happens. Thanx to you guys, sincerely, I mean it.

Same thing for me some one called 10/20/07 and idd himself as martin jude employer id# 4268 everything sounded good until he wanted a check over the phone.i informed mr. jude that there was NO way i was going to give him my checking info.mr jude then proceeded to talk over me while i was explaining that his company seemed fraudulant.after having to scream at him he put his manager on the phone a woman by the name of leza employer id# 23275.i explained to her that i was upset with the way mr jude spoke with me,she listened for a minute then began doing the same thing i finally got her to shut her mouth for just long enough to tell her to remove ALL my info and that her representative mr jude ruined all credibility for her company.she was STILL trying to make her sale i AGAIN stated that all of my info was to be removed and she hu.I thought everything was taken care of UNTIL last night
I received another call from these jokers i knew immidatly it was them from the heavy mid-east accent this guys alias was kelvin parker empl id# 4162
before he could get into his scam i immidiatly askd for his managers name he said it is robin smith he then refused to give her empl id,he askd why i was asking all these questions I informed him that my previous conversation with his company all of my info was to be removed and that a lawsuit would be filed against him and his company the rep then said i can do what i need to do but his company will continue to call.First of all I work for a prelegal collection company so I am VERY familiar with telephone and harassment laws
but ALL of us that have been bothered, disrespected, and generally harrased by this fraudulent company need to band together to take these [***] down and protect our rights as consumers.

I got a call from so called "Apex" on Saturday afternoon 04:30 PM CST on 27th Oct and the guy introduced himself as Ronnie. He mentioned you have been selected for $1000 shopping spree and 2 nights and 3 days hotel stay stay on vacation. So I immediately asked him to send it on my address, but he asked me to confirm and pay $1.95 and I denied. So he freaked out really crazy and also spoke very rudely and bad language. Also he also spoke bad about my cultural background and hatred speech. I immediately called the no. which appeared on my caller ID and it was 1-800-888-7890 but that no. can not be reached from my calling area. It was a verbal harrassment and lots of bad language.

I got a call on 10/30 and 10/31. They gave me a call back number of 1-866-901-8966 and a website of: https://www.freegiftsamerica.net
They were offering $1000 online shopping and a trip.
I went to the Better Business Bureau at: http://www.labbb.org/ and looked them up. They do business under the following names:

    Cash Saver
    freegiftamerica.com
    Merchandise and Services Gift Certificate
    Travel Saver

All the above names have the same address at:
    2010 West Avenue K PMB 813
    Lancaster,CA  93536-5229
    Phone: (661) 722-5575
    Fax:   (661) 722-5574

All the above names have a good report with the Better Business Bureau.

With all the information I found above, I was still not comfortable with giving my back information to anyone over the phone don't matter who they say they are. I hope this helps someone out there.

I just received a call from this number, well actually the number read "1122" and  told that "I had been randomly selected to win a free digital camara and a free vacation voucher to over 20 destinations."  The voice behind the phone said her name was Alicia Fenn employee number 12201 and I also spoke with her manager Anthony.  They were going to send my free items within the next 7 to 10 business days and all I would have to do is pay a shipping and handling fee of $1.95.  At first the manager, Anthony, told me that I could review my items first, which would be sent via UPS, and then mail only check to Apex.  His story shortly changed right before I was sent to the "verification portion!"  There,he said "I would just have to give the name of my bank and my account number!"  I told him to randomly select another number.  The reason I received the 800 number was because they were so persistent that they were a credible company, but would not give me a mailing address.  Just a heads up DO NOT GIVE YOUR ACCOUNT INFO!!!

you should call in to this number  866 988 1671
and even if you havent received your gift or whatever! tell them that you HAVENT received it! and tell them that you want to cancel it!
since you havent received it and they havent charged you they will cancel it and you wont even be charged the 1.99 but they are still supposedly going to send you your gift! and they will give you a cancel number you have to save it in case they ever charge you anything! you can sue them!!
and they will still send you the gifts!!
I dont know if they will or not but you should do it the sooner the better before you get it!
cause if you do it after you have recieved it in the mail then they will charge you only the 1.99
    thats it tho!!

Received a call from a gentleman that had a thick accent.
He said he represented a travel company that was started in 1981 and I was informed I had received a free trip to almost anywhere in the US for myself and up to 4 others.
The hotel accomidations and food were to be all paid by the said company. All I had to do was to pay a modest fee of $1.95 for postage when the package with my tickets arrived.
We have received similar deals with shopping sprees in the past and were satisfied so I accepted. It seems a fair deal but I am wary.
