if am u i will cencel this bank account right away. what they do is create fake checks since they have routing #, account # and name and address. they can drain your money for seconds. then nobody can help you, they are very difficult to track, they are overseas, use prepaid cards, etc. the info they give u as web sites is fake, u cannot them bring them to court! when i read that i was laughing SO hard, that probably the people across the street heard me...BE AWARE!!!! i just do not understand, how people can be so naive to give out such important info over the phone to strangers?! they called me probably 20 times yesterday because i was f... with them, playing fool. but when i said that i can pay with my amex card they were like "oh, no only bank # we need, nothing else" sure, because they are fraud, which company that is legal will not accept other forms of payment?! Think about it!!!!!!!!!!!! Duhhh

PUSH THE BANK AND ASK THEM 2 TELL U WHO TOOK THE MONEY, HOW THE TRANSACTION WAS MADE, TO WHICH ACCOUNT # AND WHERE THE MONEY WENT, ETC. THEY MUST HAVE THIS INFO, DO NOT GIVE UP! FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE BANK IF THEY REFUSE TO COOPERATE!

Yea I got the same call free 7.1 mp camera,just had to try out some slimbody fuel, vacation stuff, and internet for 10 days. After numerous calls and telling them in nice and not so nice ways to stop calling I tried to track them down to report them since it was my cell number and it's on a do not call list. I made the decision to go through with it so I could get their information and go from there. I knew it was bogus from the get go so I thought as long as it was a check that I was giving them I would be alright since I would have mailed a check to a company for 1.98 or whatever it was for a 7.1mp camera. After about 30 minutes on the phone and an automated service verifying my info and the fake accent from a man named Bob hjhsdkhihsdflk who kept jumping in on the automated conversation a reasurring me that I wasn't gonna get charged for anything ever except the 1.98 postage fee then they insured me that my camera was on the way and I would only be charged the 1.98 and nothing more. They told me that the free stuff that they were sending me would not have any recurring charges. I received in the mail the stuff they wanted me to try and a certificate for a (free) 2.1 mp digital camera all I had to do was send them 10.00$. I called each of the three companys that funny enough have the same mailing address and found out that I had to call them otherwise I would have been charged setup fee of 29.99 for coast 2 coast travel club and 14.99 a month 29.99 setup fee for global internet and 29.99 a month and the slimbody fuel doesnt say what I would be charged. Apex is a front it's just a name they're using as front for the other three companies so it can't be traced anywhere I haven't got charged for anything (yet) but heres the address they all share which might be bogus too 5940 south rainbow Blvd. suite 2007 las vegas nv 89118 the phone numbers for each of the companys which you talk to a live person- advantage communications; 866-988-1671 coast 2 coast travel club; 866-988-1679 slim bodyfuel 866-988-1675 they each informed me that if I had a problem with apex calling when requested numerous times to stop that I was supposed to contact one of these companies, funny thing is I knew nothing about these companies or their responsibility for apex until I agreed to try their stuff and got it in the mail after giving out my info. I just had to take a bullet to save as many as I could from this company(s)so hopefully someone could use this information and stop this before alot more people end up paying a crap load of money that they don't have to just to get a free something or other. Words from the wise "if it seems to good to be true it probably is so just walk away."

I got a call from Apex saying that I will get few things if I pay 1.99 $.My husband want to check what they will send so he took the phone and told his bank account information. They have taken 1.99 and sent slimbody fuel. From then with the same cheque they have taken 170$ and 80$ from the account.  I dont know how many months they are going to take like this. I am trying to reach them.

We have gotten a few calls from them. The phone # was 18008887890. My husband answered, unfortunately for them they were trying to scam the wrong person. He knows if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. The guy (Jacob) said we had won a camera and a vacation. My husband tells him he is not interested. The guy says,"but it's a free, all we need is $1.95 s/h fee". Then my husband tells him,"nothing is free, so what's the catch?" After that the guy goes into a fit cussing my husband out using the most vulgar language. My husband never wanting to back down has a 10 minute verbal argument with this idiot. Eventually the guy hung up. Now everytime he calls I just answer in spanish. BUENO, BUENO , NO ENTIENDO, BYYYEEE.

I had someone hack my bank account once. Ordered porn online. I saw it on a bank statement. I don't know how they got my info cause i NEVER give it out. The company refunded my money luckily and I closed my bank accounts and opened a new one with the same bank. They are pretty understanding and willing to help. NEVER EVER give out info over the phone. Well recently I think who ever got it originally gave my phone number to "apex"(18008887890) who is the one who scammed you. They call me several times a day. (like today it's been 4 times already) depending on my mood I answer and mess with them. Report them if you know where. I have tried a few places nothing happens. Be careful these guys can be very vulgar and rude. I told one today I was calling the FBI and he started swearing claiming he was calling the police. I said good, I wanna talk to them too and he hung up :) Just don't give them the info!!!!
