Has been calling for the last several months, off and on, sometimes everyday for a week...they leave a message saying it is very important I call back, and leave a call back number, but not what company they're with or what they want; sometimes all I get is a recorded message when I answer my phone.

if you guys do not want people calling you 3 times a day then just pay your damn bills how hard is it to pay a cell phone bill do you guys not work ?
this does not go to any1 who is receiving the calls and dont owe bills

i had a problem with my sprint acc and a young gentlemen by the name mr.dominguez  helped me resolve the issue ..thanks to him i was able to settle my acc and avoid this from damaging my credit score...my advise to u guys if u do owe ur bill is to speak to a rep (espardo) he can really help u resolve ur debt ..good luck!!!

This company (or whatever they are) have been calling us for the past couple weeks. They leave messages on our answering machine daily.  I finally called them back and asked why they were calling. A man told me that they needed to speak with (my husbands name) and I told he wasn't home but that I was his wife. Then the man told  me that we had an outstanding balance on a Sprint account. I told the man that we had canceled our sprint account months ago as well as had a zero balance when we closed it.  He asked me if we lived at some address, which wasn't ours nor have i ever heard of it, so he said they must have the wrong person. It was really weird..... good thing I didn't give him any personal info

Thats pretty rude!!  We have ALWAYS paid our bills and have NEVER had any outstanding unpaid debts!! We have NEVER had collection agencies after us and we got calls

they called me twice. I just turned off my ringer

i called back, some woman answered and i messed with her. It was priceless!

This is a third party collector company. But I never owed any bill. They just get all these wrong numbers from the sky.

Your thoughtless remarks indicate that your reading skills need brushing up. Most of the people who post here are not the ones who the company is looking for. Despite many requests to cease and desist this company is ignoring them and therefore breaking the law. Be careful before you pass judgement.

This agency has called my number a MANY, MANY times.  Because it was an unkown number, I ignored it.  They finally started leaving messages on my voice mail, saying it was "not a solicitation, but was an important business call."  I finally called, and immediately asked who was calling.  She said the "Bureau of Recovery."  My first thought was collection agency, but I knew they wouldn't be looking for me.  She asked my phone number and looked something up.  She then asked for someone with a different name (Hispanic name).  I said that was not my name.  She said she would remove me from the call list.

This number calls ALL the time, I have to get up look at it and put it back, it gets annoying. I'm 11 years old and on my Summer Break! Firstly, my mom makes her payments, I don't see why they're calling us, I mean it's like once we don't answer the 100th time can't you stop? I'm almost there in answering it, but I'm not supposed to answer any #'s I don't know. :l

ALSO, my mother doesn't even have a Sprint service.

They called me in the middle of the night didn't answer, called them back this morning from another number. They claimed to be Bureau of Recovery, LLC. Looking for someone that owes money....Very vague on the details!
