- SylviaI got two calls from 1-866-953-0300, both were messages on my answering machine. One from a woman named Tiara (?)( a little difficult to understand - couldn't understand the name of the business she was calling from). She left an extension number. The other was a roto call saying to call back, same number but no business name. I tried calling but only got a recording indicating their business hours. Now I see they are in California, different time zone. What scam is this? I have no collection issues.
