The call at least 2 times a day, 7 days a week, they start at 8am and go till 8pm and when we answer no one is there. how do we stop it.

Calls twice a day, usally in the morning and in the evening, somtimes in the afternoon too. I owed Sprint one month's back payment, paid it in full, my service has been reactivated last week, and still these [***] keep calling.

I have sent a Cease and Desist email and I have filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry.:

Guys,
I too have been getting calls from this number. This is what I did.. Contacted Sprint Customer Service and asked them to contact their collection bureau to remove my number. Customer service said that they have taken care of this. Hope I don't receive any more calls. You can give that a try too.

Been calling for about 2 years sometimes twice daily but on a weekly basis at least 5 times. Years! No one answered when I have picked up in the past. A class action lawsuit to prevent this would get money from me. Lawyers can call me anytime for a credit card over the phone. I'll pay that bill. Oh Yeah!

Evidently Sprint has hired these thugs to "force" past users of Sprint to pay charges before they are due and/or unjustfied.This punk that called me threated to sue me and hung up . I told him I need verification of the "bill" but his vocabulary was too limited to understand.I hope they do sue,once I get these guys in a Louisiana Court Room they may never leave. Joe
