Received a call yesterday, turns out that it was from Bell (outsourced to another company, did not catch name). I aldo had a phone call last week with no phone number shown also from Bell/. Last night the phone number showed but no name. A person named "Hajji emp# xs553 or Hajjix S553 acknowledged the previous call & claims to have let Bell know that there were many complaints about the fact that no name is displayed on the phone calls. He said that this number is their company's computer dialing number & that he would let Bell know as I will not deal with any call that does not display a name!! As it was out sourced to him I also let him know that I was never to get an bell outsourced call. He knew my account info & agreed that I should be taken off the list. Apparently that takes 30 days. While writing this today I just got a call from "Bell"? with no number or name displayed!!!!

The same with me. They keep on calling and try to pump information from me. I am a loyal bell client for 15 years but I guess not in 15 days because i am fed up of their scams amd harassements from this phone number

it is a bell calling scam from manila in the phillipines they claim.

how better pricing do you ever think that bell can handle to benefit its customers?

i also take them for a ride and then hang up on them thanking them for giving me the opportunity to make them coocoo.

Been getting calls from 1-866-988-0885 everyday and more then once a day at all hours.  I'm fed up with this and don't know what to do...

I get calls from this company.  I used to pick up, and I would hear "please hold..." then nothing, so I'd just hang up.  Now I don't even answer.  Here's what happened when I called them back:

It is Bell Canada's Loyalty program.  I spoke to a woman (who sounded as though she'd just woken up!) who said that because our services are in my husband's name, not mine, he has to call them back before 9pm and they will remove our number from their calling list.

the number called me and they said that my bell free year thing is up and im like...SUREEEEE... then i said why dont you send me a mail about this on my bell email account, or send me a letter about this. and their like ... (hang up).

The above number,  shown online as a North American toll-free number, has consistently called my phone number over a period of two weeks.  Although it's a legitimate call, why doesn't Bell Canada or Bell North America, show themselves on my Caller ID...as....Bell Canada or Bell North America.

The person on the other end, was calling regarding my Internet service plus package which is about to expire in a month.  They want to renew.

If this is how Bell Canada does business, I'm not impressed.

My hubby has been getting calls from this toll-free number, also shown as UNKNOWN NUMBER, over a period of two weeks. This time, 'they' phoned and he picked up and they knew all his Bell info pkg and she repeated it back to my hubby and asked him for his e-mail address.  
My thinking is....if this is a legitimate business, then why not show who you are on one's caller ID or Call Display rather than their toll-free number?  I know it's a call centre with people of different accents.
He gets calls on an infrequent bases from various destinations in the U.S. and doesn't pick up but checks them out online to see where the number comes from.

Whoever this call is coming fom, as long as  don't see the callers name,  won't answer your call.

This Number calls my house 3 times a day, everyday and know one is ever there. I say Hello Hello and just silence on the other end of the call,  I just want it to stop calling Today!!

Criminals are probably phishing around looking for dormant numbers.

They call almost every single day and my husband has already asked them several times to stop calling and remove us from their list but to no avail. We've since blocked their number because we've had enough.

I also receive this call before. Maybe that is really Bell Company but I didn't trust that kind of mysterious call. I recommended to all people that receive this call to not give informations and call Bell. If you account is about to be close, they will be able to help you. I'm really tired of this kind of call.
