I listed a timeshare week with Vacation Sales and Marketing in St Mary's Georgia a yr and a half ago---everything seemed really legitimate for the first yr and this third six month period which is now ending I have not been able to reach anyone for the last three months and never get a call back when I leave a message---if anyone knows of any way to get help with this, please email me at SPfiester106@juno.com

I got a call that they could show my property in Fla. I had to post $1,198.00 for a 6 month listing. I never got a call on the property so I renewed for another 6 mo. No charge. However no calls on property. I sent a R.R.R.R. Letter in Nov 2009 and requested my refund as thier contract stated, if not sold the whole sum amount of $1,198.00 would be returned. I have made 8 telephone contacts and get a voice message some one will return my phone call within 48 hours. till this date 3-28-2010 I have yet gotten my refund, nor a phone call back from Vacation Sales and marketing Telephone number 1-866-993-8726  Address of 6586 HWY 40 East Suite B-7- 237 St. Mary;s Ga.31558.

I don't believe the entries that claim they received their refund nor do I believe the entries that claim their timeshare was sold by VSAM or Vacation Mktg.  Diane Crosby pays a computer genius to handle things such as this.  THEY ARE PUTTING POSITIVE ENTRIES ONLINE AS ANOTHER PART OF THEIR SCAM.  IT IS A FARCE.  THEY HAVE NOT SOLD 1 SINGLE TIMESHARE NOR DO THEY GIVE REFUNDS.

yes they are a scam it run by diane crosby look here up under lic at myflorida.com she had here relastete lic revoked in 2002 for fraud also daryl dixon  they are the 2 main people behind all this he is a 3 time felon  and now can only work ripping off everyone   so he can buy gold boats and cars from your money he dose not know how to work an honest job and claims to be a Christian   There are other complait sights  if you google has his personal # and both there home address thyere is A B2B web site that even shows there address they were working from. They have no buisness lic nor do they or any of the many drug addicks that work for them pay taxes  either on all the money they brought in they beag haw when the state gets close they just shut down and move . Now they are working as Vacation marketing barlett tn also a po box but moved there adress because people caught on already same people same company still in florida . You can take them to small claims court  the other sites have daryls and dianes home address in daytona beach there still there still ripping off people just had tp move people were cathing up with them . 2 sugestions there are internet fraud sites and the irs you can report them to also if you paid by credit card file a complaint with cc company the contract is not valid seeing as they are not a real buisness they never did advertise or market a thing ever they spent all there time getting new clints and lieing to the others only 2 types of people in there call rooms salesman for the contract and customer service nothing else they rip people off to the tune of 25-30 thousand a week and used many creedit card companys to run there transaction through so irs did not red flag and investigate them they paid a commission to each person with a comercial credit card account   so look up  vacation marketing in tn thats them now beter yet trace them down at home also many of there leads they got were stolen from timeshare companys by employes working there the leed sheets had personal info along with cc # the works and they were in the hands of drug addicks  follow up catch these people make them get a real job in the real world instead of sitting on there lazy  fat [***] and taking your money

You will not find them at the international address  if you read the threads you do have tthere home address if you follow them to work i am sure you will find there new hideout as they ran when they were exposed good luck  they think they were smart and even lied to BBB  they used fake names etc

one more thing there phone were registered through VONTAGE why they could be in ga now tn   # but live and work in daytona beach fl   they even had a web site called safe sale where they charge you 200 dollars to learn how  its fraud what they are doing and how to advertise and find brokers that work on commission now how that for getting both sides of the fence

Did you ever hear from them? My contract is up today and I have my letter writtten to them to be certified and sent out. Did you do a charge back on them? Just wondering if that would help us out. I got suckered by vsam in 09, had a contract signed with the promise of refund, they never called, so I called them for status reports and they always said Oh we have some potential customers, blahblahblah.
after the expiration date I sent the registered letter and got notification that they received it, I called them again and was assured that the refund was going through the legal dept. after that I could never get a person on the phone again. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and then with the Georgia attorney general who later sent a letter that the company had filed for bankruptcy and they could do nothing else,But gave me an address in daytona where they are still operating out of. That address is 137-c Golden Eye dr., Daytona Beach FL. 3211o
