Ron Rollo - Mike 46 replies to robbowillieI have been unable to reach vM at any of the phone numbers. I wondered if you could share the phone number you used that connected with a person? Thanks.
- Mike 46 replies to Ron RolloRon I have noticed your post date back some period of time. At what stage of the process in pursuing a class-action are you at this time. It seems there are a number of us who have been scammed and would like to get some satisfaction. At one point I contacted the Agriculture Department in Florida who handles the vacation timeshare sales regulations. They said that Vacation Sales and Marketing is a bad company and is on their list. The Atty. Gen. in Tennessee will also send you the forms needed to file a complaint. I am not familiar with the Georgia branch. Since they are operating out of several states would it be better for us to involve a federal agency? Look forward to hearing about your progress. I can be reached at docsei@Hotmail.com.
- Fay replies to Ron| 1 replyHI my name is Fay . Those thefs stole my money too. Now their phone number is disconnected i can't get my refund back!!
- James Foster replies to RonI was also scammed by this company. I gave them 6 months to sell my timeshare and they couldn't sell it. So I sent my request via certified mail as requested. I also sent it return receipt and got the signed card back. I contacted them after that and they told me it had to the legal department and could take 6 to 8 weeks. I waited patiently and then tried to contact them again with no luck. Now there phone has been disconnected. In the interim I had a back and forth through e-mail and they assured me they were working on my refund. Now the e-mail address has disappeared and I assume they have gone under.
- Johnny replies to RonYes, I would like to file a class action law suit against Vacation Marketing, I signed up in Feb, 2010 and when I call. The phone is disconnected. I even sent a certified letter and that didn't do any good. I paid them $500.00. Let's get our money back and put these theives out of buniness.
- Denyse replies to RonI have also been ripped off by this Co. I should have read your blogs before I wasted my time and money to send a certified letter today.
Denyse - Dj replies to RonRon, and all others involved in this mess.

Lets get um - Dj replies to RonRon,
Just found out that this woman who has been running this scam was arrested in may of 2010
for soliciting sales without a license and was released on 2000.00 bond. She opened another
company in Daytona under the name of Vacation Concepts Inc. with a partner named Jessey P Welch.
Don't know if we will ever see that money my friend.
David - Ripped Off in MO,one 8/24/2010 i got a call from VSM stating that they owed me a refund of 504.00 (which was the correct amount) and that they needed my credit card number to refund the money to, the lady said that they where all shut down there other then the refund department.
i gave her the info and just before she hung up, she said they had sold there listing to another compnie, which i didn't record and did i want this company to contact me.
I said yes (i didn't really, but i thought it might help get my refund) someone called me from 954-366-6631 and kept calling, one day he called me 6 times in a row.
the number the lady called me from on the refund was 954-876-1445.
as of 9/9/2010 no refund, they are just calling the people that should be due a refund and trying to get a list of numbers for the NEW SCAMMING Companie to call.
I would avoid this all together and not fall for this.
BTW as of this time, there also was not any charges against my card either (thank goodness).
Ripped off in MO.- Caller: Vaction sales and Marketing
- Tara Mathius replies to RonI'm in! They got my grandfather for $450. Let me know what I need to do.
- Carrie HerringI received a phone call followed by a contract to sell a Time Share.
- Caller: Vacation Sales and Marketing
- Call type: Telemarketer
- littlebritbabe replies to RonWe appear to have been scammed by Vacation Marketing, Bartlett, Tn. We requested our refund approx 4 weeks ago, but from reading all these messages, I'm pretty certain we will not get our money back. I have googled the company and Diane Crosby and no contact information appears to be available, except an address in Daytona Beach. The BBB rank them an F. What I don't understand is how they can continue to do business and still scam people, yet the authorities don't seem to be doing anything. What does this say about the laws & regulations of businesses here? I don't know where to start with regards to making a complaint in the hope that something will be done. I am all for a law-suit, but won't this cost a lot of money? I can't afford to lose more money over this company. I actually thought about turning up at their offices in Daytona at some point (we live in Lakeland, Fl), but I am worried about them calling the local Sheriff's office to have me removed!
- SmittyI was also taken by Vacation Marketing and just a had Justin W Weber from Exchange International contact me to give him $300.00 to send me legal papers to get my money back from Vacation Marketing. I did not send him money and would advise anyone he contacts to beware as I smell another scam.
I also have gotten a letter from the US postal service investigating Vacation Marketing for fraud. - Mark M McGlothlin replies to RonI am for a good public Hanging and to hell with the lawsuit! On second thought lets try the class action and then if we dont get our money back then let's get the rope out... So tired of crooks in our country getting away with slap on wrist or no punishment at all...
- GraciousGecko replies to RonMy Father In Law was also scammed by Vacation Sales and Marketing, please advise if a Class Action Suit is in the works....we would be interested in knowing. bankertracie@yahoo.com is the email address for our contact info. Thank you.
- stacie replies to RonI am an attorney in California... I would be interested in exploring a class action suit. I would like to do some research to see if we would be pumping a dry well. Email me at stacielpower@aol.com.
- joann replies to FayFay, I read your message and I wanted to let you know I too was scammed for $599, but I contacted my credit card company and sent them a letter explaining the situation, and copy of the bogus contract and told them I never received any services for which I was paying these people for, and they investigated, and gave them 60 days to respond back, and if no response, they would find in my favor, and finally after 6 months, I just got my money charged back on my credit card. It took some time, but you can get your money back, you have to contact your credit card company asap!
