I get 2x or more calls from this outfit.  I don't owe anyone anything, and have never had anything in collections.  When I call them they want my name and SSN.  NO WAY.

I set my VOIP to dump them.

When I see that it is a "toll free number" I let my answering machine pickup, for some reason we are getting business soliciation on our home phone.  When I played the message back, they stated they were looking for XXX, which strangely enough is my EX HUSBANDS name!  How in the WORLD did they get my number and I am 1000 miles away from him (literally) and we have been divorced for almost 3 years now!

I got a call from this number on my parent's house phone.  This collection agency is looking for my husbands ex wife.  I called them back and they told me they use skip trace and found that she is affiliated with that number.  I explained to them that she is not and neither is my husband.

Called the # to have myself removed from their list as I was not the person they were looking for & the man was RUDE, told me "I already have your # you don't need to give it to me" in a VERY condesending voice!!!!!

Maybe you should read some of the posts before you generalize your comment.  They left a message for me asking me to help them find someone else!  They should not be calling me as I am on the National Do Not Call Registry and I am not the customer they are looking for.

I do not owe any debts, and I get called 24.7 at all hours, and I am so sick of it.  I am really tired of reporting the same number over and over and over again to the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. THey don't do a thing.  I have calls after 9:00 and before 8:00.  These people are rude, hateful and scammers they don't care

i also received a call from this number, I answered the phone and the automated message said we are looking for so and so (can't remember the name, not someone I know or ever heard of) and if i know so and so please call and let them know any information that I have on that person. The caller ID just said out of area

I have people looking for me at my mother's house and calling some other people that i don't know to ask for me and they are annoying them i don't know who they are but the number that shows on the caller id is 877 208 4176

Same thing here- called last week for someone I dont know and again this evening.  Cannot get a Manager or License Number as they will not release this information and when asked they hang up immediately.  Contacting State Dist Atty to report abusive phone calls....to "Joella", "Nadine" and Jayon Jackson- sure hope you liked working there because next week you won't have a position with this sorry [***] company!

juat recieved a message to call them about another person with the same last name.  guess what he does not live here.  Now when I called I told them I am recording conversation and when I get enough I will take them to small claims court.  she got nasty and I yelled back she hung up trying to tell me that I cannot take them to court  why who can we go to to go after them

I have been a numerous of calls from these rude people saying that I owe ebay $44.00.

I received a call from the same number saying it was about collecting debt. I have no debt. I also received the same exact computer voiced message from the number: 877-517-4381. I called both numbers and both lead me to same Voicemail, with nothing but leave a message for quest point treasury???? I think that's what it said. this is screaming SCAM!

I know I owe money,  I have talked to credit collectors before and yes was talked down to, told to borrow money from family (who obviously, living in michigan, do not have it.)  When I tell them I can't pay because my hours are down to 20 a week, they still want me to pay at least 50$ when I never know how my hours will be.  If I write a check or have them take it out of my bank account, they take more than what is planned. I started to listen to Dave Ramsey.  He is a financial advisor and has his own radio show, is on CNN with his own show and he helps explain things like refinancing a house, baby steps for getting out of debt and anything else that deals with money.  The best advice that he gave for collection agencies is to have them send you proof of the money you owe if you don't think you owe it and not to give out your bank account number because they will wipe you out.  Even if you owe the money, ask for written proof before you agree to anything.
