The frequency is sooooo high that people won't hear hardly around you, but the guy on the other end will hear the loudest most sharp sound go in 1 ear and out the other lolololololol. The harder you blow the whistle the worse it gets for the sooo called law office. So go to Pet Smart and buy 1.lololol have fun. I promise they will stop calling you lolololololol.

These people called me to try to reach my neighbors across the street.  Said his name was Steven and that he got my number from the White Pages.  He asked me to give them a message to call the Law Office of Michael Sipes at 1-877-222-0064 ext 3039.  However, my caller ID showed a local # 919-794-5053

U know you people amuse me. One thing is that you are asked to do something and the disappear from answering it. Other thing is you all need to learn the laws of each state. U all called my neighbor the other day and specifally asked me. Now it is around my commuity that a debt collector is looking me. Let me tell you this I don't owe no one anything. All my bills are paid. Just to let u know it is against PA law to contact a third party to discuse this with and relay a message. Now I just a call back from you idiots and that the neighbor had contacted the wrong person and you know that people better get s**t straight before you go calling. You can be sued for rueining my rep. So, get your facts straight and know who you are calling before you cause someone else problems. Signed P**sed Off.

I keep getting calls from the above number at my place of employment.  I have not talked to Mr. Schroder but he keeps leaving messages that he is from Michael Sipes Law Office.

it's not a false entity it's a real business you work for an attorney great YOU WORK!!! So pay your bill get great pleasure out of that. They never should have had to call you you should've paid your bill stop being combative with collectors when you should have paid you bill there is no excuse I have bills and when I lost my job I paid them something and dealt with the default intrest rate in the contract until I could pay them off!!!!! Pay your bill it's not a collectors fault that you recieve calls it's not their fault they have to call you IT'S YOURS!!!

Not a scam the scam could have already taken place that could be why she is recieving calls maybe someone like your daughter stopped paying a particular creditor. Maybe the creditor made an error that was already paid and that CAN affect good credit do your daughter a favor and have her call these people back. Stop being combative and just take care of business that is after all how you maintain good credit is it not? Taking care of business!

I have a debt that I WOULD LIKE to take care of. I contacted the original person I had the debt with and after a bunch of calling I was finally sent to these people.... Explained to them that I am a student with low income but would like to get this taken care of. They weren't willing to accept ANY payment plan unless it was 90% of it now and the rest later.

After reading all of this I'm nervous about dealing with them... I find it strange that I've gotten calls from 3 COMPLETELY different numbers. One is an 877#, one is 91647867654065 and the other is 2536170409. From everything I'm reading, they're located in California. Now all of the sudden I am getting calls from a Tacoma, Wa. number which is more local to me (I'm in Bellevue, Wa.)

God these comments are ridiculous.. so many people making excuses why not to pay a debt

they argue that when I purchased the business I purchased the debt incured by the former owner.  I know what I purchased and it is in the agreement.  former owners credit cards were not included.  Then he argues with me that I am wrong and there will be legal action.

I called SniPes law office and talked to Ken Everhard what a redneck!! He told me I was in a pool ... the only pool was the shish pool I was standing in when this redneck spoke. He said he was the General Manager... ta ok and I got a 10 inch Johnson.. please STFU Iam not paying for dental work I never got .

So check it... if you are not in California Sipes won't sue you. They will just call and

call and call. If and only if there client Square Two/Cach pulls the account and

there is a law firm that represents them in the state you live in you might get sued.

Sipes Law Firm is a franchise that gets all of there accounts from Square Two. This

firm has 8 months to collect the entire balance. They make you go try to get more in

debt by getting a loan to pay off the account in there office. They won't give you

payments right away either. Here is where it gets good. If they get an account in June

2012 they have to have all that money recovered by February 2013 or they lose bonus

money.

They say they can't settle but trust me the will take 55 percent... not right away but

maybe a month or 2 down the road they will take it. So if you get a call for you $2500

dollars Sears bill and they tell you to pay the balance you should know that if you

take your bill and pay it over 8 months they will take it... do not be fooled by the

talk from collectors who say "oh I gotta see how much money is available to settle

your account out" that is a lie! I would call Square 2 immediately and ask then if that

program is in place. By the way if you give them a pretty good size down payment they

will take a fifty dollar payment. The reason why I know this is because I had another

debt in a Cach/Square 2 franchise and they settled me for 50 percent. If I didn't call

to get my payoff letter from the Boston firm and talk to my account rep and

complained about Sipes office they never would have educated me... so instead of

paying $6500 by Friday I will wait for it to age and then I will call and get a good deal.

And u didn't live up to the terms of ur contact, ur a dbtr u basically stole mhoney or product u should be lucky that they are giving u the courtesy of paying voluntarily. I would just send ur bill. To. A law office in ur state so they could put a lean on ur home and garnish ur wages.  U all are the reason the economy went south.  Maybe u should show a little respect to Pablo candalaria  and mr.Flemming there are stimulatin stagnant dollars back into our economy .
