They just called from thst number wanting to 'take care my renewal on phone'. They couldn't verify my address. I got the mailing in Dec and so they can't verify it?#%? I have only been with them about 30 yrs! I am going into the office to see what's going on.

I received a call on my cell saying my AAA number had expired. So I checked my card and it had expired. So I called the number back and asked them to the recite back my address info, i.e. I asked them for info before I gave any out myself. Always a safe practice.

JC people, the number is legitimate... All ya'll who think it is a scam obviously have either too many debt collectors calling and pretty much think any number you don't know is either a scam or a debt collector or you're just obtuse... (look it up) and you believe the Texas Chainsaw Massacre is a true story. I received a call from this number, came online to see what the number was and came across this website of reported numbers. My AAA membership just expired 3 days ago, my CC had in fact changed and I did need to update my information. You don't have to give your information over the phone if you don't want to so get over it and move on. Oh yeah... have a nice day!

Really creepy -  this guy called asking for my CC info or else my AAA membership would expire today. I hung up and called the number on the back of my card instead. AAA should NOT be calling people asking for their CC number from an unrecognized number. It's definitely a fail on their part IF this was a legitimate call.

AAA.  No message.  I let my membership expire so guess it was renewal.  But I don't like these calls so I blocked it.

Caller ID read "TOLL FREE CALL"  I didn't recognize the number and let it go to VM. No massage was left. Some people claim this is AAA, However if it was then they would have left a message. AAA Toll Free number is 800-222-4357. This phone number is now blocked. Those two red flags alone means there is a HIGH probability that this number is spoof and belongs to a SCAMMER!

Said they were AAA, but they did not have any correct information on me.  What they did have was my name misspelled the way the phone company insists on misspelling it.  Not the name on my AAA card. Not my address of the last 10 years.

Goerge left a message on my phone saying that my son's father and his current wife's AAA membership could not be renewed because their credit card didn't go through. This must be a scam because why would my ex give MY phone number for HIS  membership when we haven't spoken to each other in over 20 years? I darned near cursed this man out and I'm going to look further into how he went about getting my phone number.

Received call 4/30/19 saying from AAA and card payment was invalid.  Call number on statement checked payment said no payment due, payment applied on 4/23/19.  Scam or phishing call beware call number on statement to very.

Legit, called AAA and they transferred me to the guy that had called me asking for a current CC.

I called AAA directly as I was worried about giving my cc # and they transferred me to the guy that had called me asking for my current Credit card number.   Legit

This is a legitimate AAA number. They did call to verify my payment info--and while I was a little concerned about giving my credit card info over the phone, it made complete sense to me that it was in fact AAA because I knew that my membership just expired yesterday, and also that my credit card number had recently changed, so my autobill info was no longer valid. The representative told me that they would be offering me a discount due to COVID-19, and I gave my payment information. After speaking on the phone, I checked my account online, and saw indeed that 1) my membership had expired, and 2) there was now a pending transaction to my card in the amount that I had confirmed over the phone.

I received a message from AAA from 877-222-4543. I will report it to AAA

I got a call from 877-222-4543 guy told me that my credit card is expired and they need valid credit card information to renew AAA membership and if I provide credit card number over the phone I will also get a discount. Honestly, at first I did not believe that it was a legit call so I told him I will pay online. I called back to AAA and I said I got disconnected I was speaking with one guy he also told me that I will get discount if I pay over the phone, the lady transferred to the same guy I was speaking earlier. I paid and I got a discount as well. It is a AAA legit number.
