- annoyed175They kept calling, and when I finally picked up an angry Latina was asking to speak with Amy. I told her I don't know any Amys, and she mumbled something then hung up. I got called again today, and I called the number back. I was told that I'm dealing with RPM, and I explained to the CSR what the situation was. He apologized and promised to take my number off their list. I hope that's the end of it.

- SarahI've been getting calls from them daily since last week, sometimes multiple times in the same day. I always let it go to voicemail b/c I've gotten bogus calls like this before from other 800 numbers. They never leave a voicemail. If it is for Sprint, then they definitely have the wrong person since I have never had Sprint. I also have no debt. My guess is it's someone trying to get credit card numbers and/or access to your bank account, especially since A) It seems to be a consistent theme that it's a rude lady (probably the same lady), B) They can't tell you what your phone number or account number is or provide you with any other information and are evasive with answering any questions, C) They keep calling even if you indicate that you are not the individual they are trying to reach, and they are adamant about getting your payment information. Just ignore them, even though I have my cell phone on the no call list I still get calls from similar "companies", and they go away after a couple weeks. They're basically just fishing for your personal information.

- LAWPARALEGAL007I keep getting missed calls to no avail. They never call my house phone and I have never gotten anything in the mail either.
I hope this helps anyone who sees this.
Thank you. Michele- Caller: RPM

- Davenport, IA| 1 replyMissed call on my work cell from 877-233-8527. No message was left.
- Davenport, IA replies to Davenport, IAAfter reading posts, I called the # back and found they were looking for Nick (a person I frequently get debt collection calls for, and most likely the previous owner of my #). I explained and asked them to remove my # and they said they would.

- LeeI received a call from this number which showed on the caller I.D. as 877-233-8527, the caller stated my name and asked if I was this person, I asked who are you, what company, what is the purpose of the call?. She then
asked me to verify an address they had and I said if you can't state who you are or the reason for the call, I can't verify anything. The caller disconnected at that point. They are as described by others here as being very rude and unprofessional.- Caller: RPM

- Cyndy| 1 replyIt's bad enough that we get this call daily but now.....if you don't answer it's a very loud scratchy noise that forces you to answer just to stop the noise.....no one but the noise is there.....I have no idea who this company is....caller ID just says rpm at 8772338527....
- Spirit replies to CyndyA loud scratchy noise? Your ringer must be messed up. Try blocking this number.
- shaYS82 replies to JoeThe credit information can stay on your report for up to 10 years.
- Meredith| 1 replyI got a call from this number once last night, picked up the phone and it was a scratchy tone and they hung up and did not try calling back right away. The called back a day later, I missed the call (they did not leave a voice mail) and I called them back 3 hrs later. She claimed to be with RPM and asked if this is so and so that she is speaking with. I said yes it was and she read off an address really quick and asked to verify the zipcode. The address she read off was not even in my same city. She then read off the last 4 digits of my social (scary!) and said I was in debt to sprint for over $2300.00. I have NEVER used sprint. I have been loyal to t-mobile for so many years. Ugh..is this a scam? She did tell me that I may be a victim of identity theft and told me to file a police report. So if it was a scam...why would she direct me to call the police? I'm not sure what to do...

- TomI started getting calls from 877-233-8527 three days ago. I have not yet been near to my phone to pickup the call. They haven't left a message. The results of web searches all say the same thing, so far. RPM debt collectors for Sprint. I have no phone or account with Sprint. It sounds like I don't want to answer it, if they are belligerent. The problem is my phone plan is pay by the minute. Every time they call or text I get charged.
- Caller: "RPM" according to web searches

- maesomeone called me this morning from this number asked for me but wasn't home, said his name was Zach from Washington RPM, was a bit rude and impatient when my spouse asked who he was and asked to repeat the phone number, if they are from SPRINT, that bill was taken care of long ago from Bankruptcy laws..
- Caller: RPM
