Received a check for2,873.60.And would like to know what it is for.

How would anyone here know what it was for?  I would suggest that you don't deposit it since it will probably bounce higher than Mars in a couple of weeks.  I base that prediction on what I read in the previous posts.

My check was deposited into my account. I saw the funds in my account..

I recieved the same sort of check yesterday it was sent next day ups there was only a check for 30,000 nothing else there was no note asking me to send any one any money.I thought it might becfor rent relief possibly but i thought that was already a done deal i suppose it cant hurtvto ask my bank about it so i will let everyone know the out come it would be so nice if it is legit because After covid well i just cant seem to recover from so much loss and i certainly dont want to be homeless so lets pray

these people are idiots - Wake Med got a check for 606.42 - they dont know what it is for - the not so bright on the other end kept asking me for my bill pay account? is this a scam?? or
