- Nick| 3 repliesThey faxed and used a different phone number and the top said Blldeberg marketing, When I called I was transferred to someone who told me not to mess with Blldberg because they "were bad people" and would kill me, piano wire in the car kind of kill. Fortunately I taped the conversation. Now, Florida is a two party state and I face a misdemeanor for doing that. However I think a death threat trumps that. Would a legitimate company do that..I don't think so. Thanks for the contact info. By the way, their web site is registered in Mumbai..Does that sound like something a legitimate company would do?

- Nick replies to Robert BerathianHello Robert: do you have any contact information for this company. Because of the tape with the "they will come out and kill you" comments, I got our local sheriff at least interested in taking a courtesy complaint. A physical address for the company would be nice.
- Nick replies to Alv| 1 replyAlv: Because of the thinly veiled death threat (digital recorders are great) I am going to push this a bit. I could not find any information on them on the BBB website. Do you have it and could you post the link. I want to nail down a real physical address.
Thanks - Nick replies to Robert BerathianRobert: Do you happen to have the routing name and the bank used for the transaction. I don't want your information, but that of the company. I I know the bank and the name used as the payee, I can track down their physical address.
Thanks - Nicky replies to beckyBecky: do you have the bank and payment name for the company on your credit card. I am not asking for your information but information so I could call the bank and get the company physical address. I am swearing out a complaint, due to the thinly veiled death threat I have on my digital recorder, and a physical address would help greatly.
Thanks - Nick replies to dave| 1 replyDave: do you have the link to the BBB information. They may have a physical address I could use.
- Nick replies to BECKYBecky: Their web site is hosted in India, that should be a clue. When I called them I got a veiled death threat if I turned them in, that should be another. Because I don't call these kinds of folks unless I have my digital recorder and pickup connected, their recorded comments got the attention of the deputy I called.
That is why I asked if you had any of their banking info from the credit card statement. - Nick replies to OLLIE| 2 repliesThe phone number on the fax I got today was 877-744-6004. While it was probably all bluff I don't take veiled death threats lightly, which is why I am trying to get a physical location or banking information. Their web site is hosted in India, which won't help much.
- tim replies to Nick| 1 replycalm down it just phone talik nonone gonna do it i have had death threats working for sprint i dont care it just small phone talk

- bob replies to Nick| 1 replywho cares why would you even call on fax to begin with
- Big Jake replies to beckyMy wife and I got ripe off also they do not respond with this vocher thing can someone please contact me so we may get the Law Enforcement involve these guys must be stop 1-337-380-3414
- Nemo replies to bobOne way to get these things to stop is to get the junk faxer sued into bankruptcy. That takes time, but it is doable. Remember Sanford Wallace?
- Nemo replies to timI agree, it is probably 98% BS, but they crossed the line with that, which gives me another tool to hammer them. As you may know, fax spamming laws have a provision for a right to private action, at the rate of, I believe, $500 per fax. So attorneys are now going into business suing.
Collecting, probably won't happen as they will go out of business, but if the complains reach a critical threshold at the FCC (I don't know what that level is), then the FCC starts hounding them. As I said, the veiled death threat moves it that much closer to the critical point where the FCC gets involved.
My Fax spam level has gone up a bit lately, and one way to reduce it is to force the junk faxers into bankruptcy. It takes time, but it can happen. Google Sandford Wallace. - marbellaviva replies to Kevin| 3 repliesHello to all....as of june 2011, this company known as ASAP travel & tours and goes by many other names with the ASAP in it, is a BIG BIG scam, i thought it to be true, but, it sounded to good to be true. And it is folks. did some research, they have gone by numerous names, they have many 877 numbers, they are not accredited by any one they say they are, I checked. They take your money is all they do. Everyone needs to call the better business bureau, all travel agencies in your area, tell them what happened to you, and if you can call the hotel they described to you, look them up and ask them if they know their name and place of business is being used and named in their flyers....you have to do something, they cant keep doing this. I stopped payment from my bank, also bank advised me to stop all, so i go down today to get a new account number, she said it was best because later on they could possibly get into account being they had my number (acct). They did not get my money, they are [***] on a mission, lets try to stop them. I just called the number at the top of this page, a different one that is on my flyer, the guy answers hello, travel. I ask, what is the name of your travel company, he says..why do you want to know, also he says, it says on your flyer...any normal, honest travel company isnt going to argue about their name, he still wouldnt tell me, and hung up on me. Please tell everyone you care about not to fall for fax scam travels, they are scams!!!!!!!!
- marbellaviva replies to CrazychristyYES, it is a scam im sorry to say....try to stop payment, you will have to cancel your bank account to get a new account number, it happened to me as well, but caught it in time....im calling every hotel, they advertise in flyer to let them know, please do the same, we need to stop them [***].
- marbellaviva replies to NickThey are not bbb accredited, they are not accredited with anyone they say they are on bottom of page, they are false. I have been doing homework on them, they go by several, several names.
I had to close bank account per bank of americas request, and get new account number.
We need to all get them closed down somehow...call every hotel they gave you and tell them they are being named through them...i even called expedia and told them they are being named as a sponsor, for lack of better words.... - GWThese people are a HUGE scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

- Chris| 1 replyIt's simple really, if it's too good to be true, IT IS!
I didn't get a phone call but I've received many faxes over the years. I usually threw them away but not today. I decided to look them up. Their website even appears to be built by amateurs. It is obvious that they are getting rich on others' misfortunes. They prey on Americans with this scam because they know that we are all in need of a good vacation. My suggestion would be that if you want a vacation to one of these destinations, open up your phone book and call a local travel agent. They CAN get you a deal.
DO NOT SEND MONEY AND GIVE BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO ANYONE. A reputable travel agent will not ask you for bank account information, you can usually make payments through the mail (use a money order or cashier check) or in person.
The user that goes by the name of Dave seems to be a possible employee of this company because he is continuing to post information about ASAP and their link to the BBB which they do not belong to. He is hoping to make people believe in something that is false.
