- cbabyred| 1 replyI just received a fax page with too good to be true deals from this "company". I called and inquired. I asked if they have a website that I can do further research on the company. I was hung up on by the representative. So I called back, and asked the same question. The guy told me they don't have a website. I asked how they are able to sell these packages at such low prices. He replied that they partner with fortune 500 companies, and the packages that they sell are overstock. WTF! No fortune 500 company is going to deal with a travel company that doesn't even have a website or information that you can review. No brochures, pamphlets or anything! The representative told me i could call him back if I had any more questions then gave me his extension 585, name was Joseph. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM PEOPLE!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Like Big Jake said, everyone needs to be contacting the FBI on this one!

From ASAP Travel, needless to say I knew better but I had my sister call to prove to her it was a scam also and we talked to "Vicky" as well. - Patti| 1 replyI am trying to find out if ASAP time to travel with amazing rates to everywhere is a valid business. the call now number is 1-855-778-9790? Does anyone know? they faxed a flyer to my office and want me to pay them from my checking account -not aVisa-before I do this I want to know if this is a scam, thanx
- ericthese people are thieves! i am filing a complaint with the f.t.c., the ohio state attorney general and the texas state attorney general. these people must be stopped
- Cindy replies to ELOISEI asked them for their web site and they said it was only available for corporate use. No one else can access it. So you are wrong.
- Clark| 1 replyI also spoke with this company and purchased a vacation for $300 for 4days 3nights in Cabo San Lucas. I received a fax at my place of employment that I will not say the name of but I will however say that it is a Police Department. I spoke with a very polite man named Gene who answered all my questions. I was never told that this trip would only be $300 gene also included that there would be a $69 booking fee per person and also once we arrive at the resort we are responsible to pay $175 per person for taxes. I do not see what is to good to be true about this trip its only 4days and 3nights you can go on travelocity expedia or orbitz and find trips for this same amt... I also see everyone saying its a scam but i see nothing from anyone saying anything other than they took money from you well u authorized them to take money out of your acct what did you think they were going to do.... I need to see at least one comment saying i tried to book my trip and they never booked it or i went to the airlines and was unable to get on because there was no flight booked or even a i went to the resort and was unable to stay because i had no real reservations... If I end up being wrong about this company so be it but none of you on here have a valid reason for calling this company a scam and to the few who say they do not show up on the BBB you may want to do your research a little better because they are on there... And one other thing like I said before I work for a police department what kind of scamers would send a fax to a police department and speak to me on a recorded line unless they are just plain stupid....

- VG| 1 replyTOTAL SCAM!!!
Thank you all for saving me $660! I can't believe I had fallen for it! They are truly a scam and VERY convincing. Just remember that they will take money for the trip and give you vouchers which will cost MORE MONEY to use and you will PAY AGAIN for the hotel which you already thought was included. What you need to ask yourself, is if the money you pay is worth it to get some vouchers (buy 1 get 1 airfare type of vouchers). These vouchers also require a separate activation fee, etc. - VG replies to VGYou are better off using travelocity and expedia - you get what you pay for!
- VG replies to ClarkThey will not show up on BBB - they are not a legit company!
- VG replies to PattiAny place asking for your bank account only is a SCAM! Don't do it! They create a sense of urgency and you end up making a decision without thinking it out. You could call the same number tomorrow and get the same deal by saying you just received a fax!
- VG replies to cbabyredHow do we contact the FBI for this?
- VG| 1 replyThank you very much for saving me $660!

My friend at work was going to hand over her bank account info..... I said hold up... Called them and asked for their tax ID number... Yeah NO WAY! they told me I had to pay before they could give out that information! PURE SCAM! - ericyou say they are bbb members then they should help me with my refund because my complaint has been filed. I also filed a complaint with the f.t.c. And the texas state attorney generals office. I will also be filing a complaint with the ohio and nevada state attorney general offices.
They claim to be bbb members and i will let the bbb know because they are not members. These people must be stopped - Monica A replies to DaveGood Afternoon...
I got a fax similar to yours.... it was addressed as "Your Paradise Awaits"... Their number is 1-855-576-0399!
They told me there company's name is "American Travel"... But at the top of the Fax, it's states; sent by; Dream Travel. (They can put any name as the caller on a fax.).
The agent I spoke to was Charles Davison. He Stated the company is in Texas... He went out of his way to see that I did a trip before going back to school on Sept. 26th, 2011. (He stated he is a student as well as myself). He had a Texas accent.
He booked me and as many people in my party for Nassau at the Paradise Island Resort and Hotel, all-inclusive vacation. $300.00 per couple.
He gave me 2 free additional trips w/ air-fare included for Dec. (My next time off of school). One Hawaii 8 days 7 nights... the accommodations Sunset Condo on the beach in Maui.
He stated; I could extend the trip as long as I wanted, to as many Islands w / inter airfair comp. by them...the cost is $315.00 for any additional weeks beyond the free 1st week, he gave me for free.
So he gave me Sunnyside condo 5 star resort in Kona for another 8 days and 7 nights and a third week in Kawii at Blue View (Beach front) Resort condos. (sorry about Hawaiian spelling if it's wrong.).
The 2nd complimentry trip; Las Vegas Nv. accommodations at New York/ New York,or the Mirage etc. if, I purchased the package for $300.00 to Nassau. Travel to be completed by Sept. 25th, 2011 4/ 3 days in Nassau.
I spent a long time on the phone with these people. Some were rude... and when I asked the receptionist for the name of the company, (because I forgot to write it down)... she hung up on me. I called back and asked for Charles... he stated the name is American Travel! Hummm! I found that Charles lost his Texas accent, sounded older this time... and African! Thus, until he realized who he was speaking to and changed to an Texas accent sounding just like Charles Davison again. I Thanked him and started my investigation for legitamacy & back ground on the company...
I check with my bank for fraud on this company and googled for satisfied customers who have completed their trips! And instead, I found all of you unhappy customers with some great information on the company... Here is my contributing advice!
I called the FBI in Texas phone # 1-972-559-5000.
If there is enough people who call with the same complaint... that will prove the company is a threat to the public at large...The FBI and the AG will get involved, track the activity of the chain of command within the company to find the core source and do a sweep of arrest and stop them!

One of the FBI agents told me to call and report the company to the Mounted Canadian Police in Canada if anyone thinks the Nigerians are working again, through Canada & the US to Scam Americans.
There has been a big investigation through Date-Line CBS and ABC nightline... about outside countries forming bogus companies in 3 countries and 2-US states so it's untrackable. Gaining employees in these countries and 2-US states, to collect money from American's bank accounts. etc. for various Non-legitament reasons that sound legit. So be careful and go with your intuition and gut feelings about any "one scam"... "here or their"... for "this or that"!
Then as an insult to injury, these other countries made a U-tube video making fun of Americans for giving away their money for free to professional con-artist. If anyone remember's these videos... the outside country's people, made a song about ripping off Americans and broadcasted the song that made the top of their charts in their country...etc.!
On a last note; I have visited Nassau approx. two years ago, and found they had short walls made for people to sit, plug in their computer's for free-internet hookup... It matched the story on Date line's reports and pictures of how these outside countries support the corruption towards the US, with no way to stop them...
Love and Light to all! - GLENN replies to marbellavivaYes, I got scammed by ASAP travel who are also working with FUN PLANET and CELEBRITY PRODUCTIONS. Don't send any money. they just keep asking for more fees and sending useless paper certficates which require more money to "Activate".
