    D,
I did just about everything you did, called the same number you called, spoke with someone (can’t remember his name), he told me about the other costs past the promotion on the flyer, I even called my sister too lol, but I came across this site on my own. I’ve read every post on here (maybe I missed it, Big Jake was close) but no one says that they did not get the trip intended.  I see a lot of ppl saying it’s a scam but nothing substantial backing it up past a rude phone conversation or them stopping payment before the date of the trip.  Don’t get me wrong I am MORE skeptical than the next guy and in the end I didn’t book with them because I figure another fax will come again, which gives me time to research.  I just hope by then someone on here will post that either they booked with them and actually got their trip or the opposite.

The Bilderbergs are a secret society not in anyway linked to these travel scammers.

Secondly, they only way the bilderbergs would come after you would be if you are a political figure and went against their agenda:  i.e, Princess Diana, JFK, Bobby Kennedy, etc.

These scammers haven't threatened you....go smoke another bowl!

    Becky, Kevin, all,

It appears to be a scam.

-I received a fax from ASAP Traver & Tours at work on 6/7/11.
-I called the number listed at 877-261-9195 on 6/8/11.  I talked to sales person (Vicky @ ext 675) and they sold me on $200/person for Hawaii (airfare for 2 + 7 nights in a condo) + received free Vegas Trip on 6/8/11. Only additional money I would need to pay is taxes and fees for both trips. After a few days, they took the money out of my account.
-Their pitch is that they are a wholesale travel agency. They sell travel packages to corporations.  Whatever the corporations don't use, they sell back to ASAP and then ASAP turns around and they offer it to the public (us).
-They then sent me written confirmation of w/d the funds via snail mail and email.
-I received the vouchers via certified mail.
-The vouchers I received indicate that now I have to buy an airline ticket and that I would receive companion airfare. This was not what I was told I was buying.
-I called them to complain and I was told that they must have sent me the wrong vouchers, but the person I talked to told me to call back all talk to KC Jennings. This person said there were two different deals going...one offering airfare for two and the other was BOGO.
-I called a couple of days later and talked to KC. He basically called me stupid and said I had to buy a ticket to get one.  I then told him I wanted my money back. He said no because it was already past the 72 hours.  ****The 72 clock starts when you first talk to them, not when you receive the info...so you are forced to purchase without all the information in hand. KC's advise to me was to sell the vouchers to a friend or at a garage sale.
-So I'm looking over my vouchers and the first red flag is that they needed to be returned to a different company. This company is called Celebrity Productions (PO BOX 1935, Woodbridge, VA 22195).  All you have to do is google them.  There is all kinds of shady [***] going on with them.
-All throughout the ASAP travel stuff is their disclaimer indicating they are not responsible for their vendors/business partners.
-So at this point, I given them $400.  I'm leaning towards cutting my losses and not going any further in the process

I lost $800 dollars.  I was trying to book a vacation to see my daughters in Hawaii and have gotten the run around as well.  I have tried emailing, calling.  I tried to get my money back.  I am trying to work with my bank but because it was past the 60 days they may not be able to help me.  I also tried filing a police report but because I authorized the draft no crime has been comitted yet.  Well, I am not quitting.  I am going to file complaints.  This is a start.  I am going to flood their email. Please feel free to email them. Here is their customer service email  asapcustomerservice@asaptravelntours.com Flood their call center with calls.  Until they return my money or get annoyed.  They have to learn that they can't get away with this.

I recently got in touch with this so called" ASAP travel and tours" and as of today 07/13/2011 they are using this phone line number: 1877 541 1190. Because the flyer I got sounds too good to be true. i did my research and found out undesirable information about this scammers. I called them to get more information about a vacation package they were offering and the Idiot that answered the phone( no other word for that) very rude said to me: if you don't know how to read just learn and call back when you know are ready" how can not this be a scam. C;mon...
People, please report this and spread the word...

    KB,
Reading your post confirmed what I was suspicious about.  While I cannot prove it is a scam, my heart of hearts tells me it is.
I too purchased what I thougt was one hell of a deal: 2 adult roundtrip tickets to Orlando with my kids at no charge, 4 days/3 nights and 2 attraction tickets for $300.  They told me the whole speech about wholesale trips, etc, and lo and behold I booked with Vicky, ext 675.

Unfortunately I read your post after I purchased.  So I immediately called back, asked if they had a website for me to check out, and was told they didn't have one.  I asked why, and was told "I don't know, I am not the owner."

Then I called Vicky back to get a refund, and she directed me to customer service, who was conveniently at lunch,

    .
After a half hour, I finally got the run around from about 6 or 8 people.  You can hear them in the background, sounds like they are all in one big room, very unprofessional.

Finally, a man picked up, told me how busy they were, that they were slammed and that my $300 had already posted and he would mail me a check for the difference ($140 cancellation fee).  I politely asked him the name of the company to look for on my bank statement, and he said "I am not going to tell you that, because you are going to cancel payment."
I said "That is not my intent, I just want to know what to look for."
He said "Yeah, right.  I am not going to tell you that, check with the bank."

So, long story short, had I read KB's post sooner, I would not have purchased from the flyer.

PS, the phone number on the flyer I recieved was 1-877-239-1695.  Same company, because I dealt with Vicky.

This is definetly a scam. I am in the Air Force and we have researchers that help us remove people like this from contacting our troops. We recieved a fax in our office and I did the research. I too called ASAP travel and asked what company it was. He (John) told me isn't it on the flyer? You guys are right, if the own agent doesn't know his company name this should alert you! These people are hopping from name to name, please don't give them you money. I save quite a few troops from falling for this scam. This is a sad story, but scammers do not care, all they want is your money! Sorry to all who lost money to them.

    Mamma52-

Did you ever get your money back? I want to know who would want to work for a company like this? Also, you would think that they would be nervous, themselves about criminal/civil charges, loss of job or not getting paid.

The Fax I got from them said it was from RNC Marketing - the ASAP travel website asked for registration before showing anything - I'm sure its a fraud. As to the death threats. Using electronic communication to threaten to kill someone is a felony.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! I got something about their travel deals, called and inquired a Vegas trip, and decided it was too good of a deal to pass up. I asked if they had a website and the gentleman kindly provided one: http://www.asaptravelntours.com. Looked legit. When I booked and they said I had to use a routing and acct # to book I know something was wrong but I didn't let my gut stop me and I provided the information. After booking I did a google search to further investigate this company since something didn't seem right and I found this site! THANK YOU FOR EVERYONE POSTING! Within the same hour I have already closed my account so they won't get a dime. I also called the company back to "cancel" my reservation and after getting a supervisor he told me I was pathetic, a disgrace to society, and would be better of dead. He said he would report me to collections and hung up on me. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!!!!

I and a friend got this 877-889-8106 number last week on the 3rd.  My friend purchased tiks but put a stop to it before they got it out of his acct.  He caught it because he called back like two days later and the number was disconnected telling us that the number 713-956-6900 was no longer in service.  Now this 877-889-8106 number is back active under a different company name.
