WE ACTUALLY HAVE A SYSTEM WE USE CALLED ACCURINT TO TRACK YOURSELF AS WELL AS ALL OF YOUR RELATIVES ND POSSIBLE ASSOCIATES. HENDERSON ND WYATT WILL STOP AT NOTHING TO SCAM YOU. THEY CALLED SEVERAL ACCOUNTS OF MINE THAT THEY OBTAINED ILLEGALLY ND TOLD THEM IF THEY DIDNT CHARGE THE PAYMENT BACK ND PAY THEM THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT TO HAVE THEM ARRESTED! YOU CAN NOT GO TO JAIL OVER A PAY DAY LOAN. ACTUALLY IN SOME STATES THEY ARE ILLEGAL! THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY IS LOCATED SOMEWHERE IN BUFFALO NY! CALL THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ND REPORT THEM. IT WONT BE LONG BEFORE THEY ARE SHUT DOWN!!!

I received several call insulting me I ask to call my lawyer and they don't want the number they are rude and really bad way to approche a person they left messages in friends house and my work I keeped in case they want to take me to court and they can ear how they discriminate to me because I have an accent to speak english they said I wrote a bad check about 7 years ago and I ask to send me the paper at my house and they dont want to do that .they said representing Henderson, Weinstein, Wyatt and Associates

I had a family member recieve a voice mail from someone saying they were Janet Mitchell, and to call her back at 877-279-5517 X1055. I called her and asked her what this was about, and she said I had a payday loan from years a go, she started to guess about somethings and threatened an affidavit and to take my wife to jail. I simply told her to go F*** Herself. Then I called the FTC and made a compaint.

First tip everyone is that any respectable law firm has a dam website they do not DUH
hell even a one man operation working from home has a website.

They are not listed with the BBB

And in the first several google and yahoo placements they list them as a scam.

Anyone can get an 800 #

Do not be affraid of these people.

Lastly how do they make money if all they do is act like high school home room?

got a call stated l own 10000 dollars stated l took out this cred card in 2005 and pay on it to 2008 they contact ed me today state they were taking me to court which l do not understand as l thought that card was payed of

My whole thing is this anyone collecting a debt has an obligation to provide in writing either proof of amount owed with documentation from original creditor or proof of ownership of the debt and if that cannot or will not be provide my police department says to not send them a penny, ANYONE can call and say you owe them money and kno a lot about you

They called me twice and it isn't even for me its for my father ... and i told her she had the wrong number and she told me that she has the right number ... i hung up and she called me back two more times....she was very rude .... and is trying to discuss something with me that is none of my business...which is illegal....they are very disrespectful of others... and come to find out they can't do anything they say and don't even know what you are talking about ...

this person by the name of diane abrams called me here at workand told me that i had till today to give her a response on my bill she says i owe a payday loan for the amount of 350.00, and she wants me to pay with a debitcard, or check card or ELSE she is sending my issue to el paso county so they can arrest me and you name it, is she for real can they actually arrest you for not paying back, and she must want some money because i only owe 260.00, she even gave me a dock case number. i will not sent anything, they seem and sound like a crooked gang. can somebody give me some info on this people. is this a legitamate company.

You have no idea what a person's personal situation is or why they became delinquent with a loan so for you to respond in that manner leads EVERYONE who knows this company is not legit to believe you work for them. Just stop repsonding to people's posts, it only makes your company look worse. And btw- people that bottom feed old debts looking to collect money off people are a hell of a lot worse than people that fall behind on their bills, just saying. Get a real job.
