I just got the same exact call as EVERYONE else has posted (from Michelle Lewis) with CSH. I am grateful for a community like this so you know not to have a heart attack when you get a random call that you know is not legit.

Same experience as everyone else--same voicemail message, almost word for word. I get a lot of these calls because I declared bankruptcy in 2007 and scammers try to get me to pay debts that were discharged. I will not call them back, and you shouldn't either. Block their number.

I got a call today and talked with James.  I called check n go and they also did not have me in their system so I called James back.  I was hung up on twice and started to have fun at that point.  But when I did get James back I started to tell him that and he wanted to talk over me and told him to shut up and listen to me! That it did not matter what he thinks that there is nothing I owe and he wanted to tell me that check n go always can't find people in their system and he could explain it.  I told him I didn't want to hear it.  I then told him he broke  3-5 laws alone himself as a collector and he said that he was not a collector and then hung up. he did not like being called out
