They have called my twice and just sent text message, I'm Federal Employee and will file complaint with OGC, FTC, States Attorney Office.

I received two text messages with my name saying to immediately call the phone number 877-311-2348. When I called a man by the name of Sebastian said they were trying to contact me stating I owed a pay day loan back in 2014. I said that’s impossible. He read of an old address of mine and I said I don’t owe nothing. He said I needed to pay or I would be arrested for breach of contract. I hung up. Sad people trying to get over on people.

Sent text saying I needed to call 877-311-2348 immediately.

We should call them continually throughout the day and just remain silent - this will eat up their "work" time and they won't be able to scam people!!!!!!

I work for local government and I will also be filing a complaint let's do this let's get these dumbasses.

Ha ha ha - yea, my name is Lisa Smith too or whoever else they want to pretend to be.  That girl must be reading a script in front of her because she left EXACT same vm mssg as others' posted comments here... I really can't stand these scammers!!!!!

James, from CHS, stated I "MUST" provide my social security card when I am served with legal documents for a debt I owe.  When I said I know my rights and I do not need to provide this document, he stated for me to "quit watching Jerry Springer" and hung up.  I've reported them to the FTC

I got the same long message the person above posted about some lady named Lisa calling from Champion Strategy Management. I blocked the number. It’s a scam. I doubt such a company exists.

This number called our office with a recorded message. (See above descriptions - same message). I hit 1 and told the "mediator" who answered that I didn't know who he was trying to reach, since I was a switchboard operator for a very large attorney's firm. He had several names, none of which I had a record of as an employee. He said he would remove the number and then he hung up.

It exists, but they are operating under the impression that we are all idiots. If anyone calls and says you owe them money, ask for written proof. And don't give them any info. You can confirm what they already have (which usually isn't much), but don't tell them anything. And look into how old the debt is - it may be past the point where they can  collect anything - ask an attorney before you pay anything..

I received a call from a female claiming to be a "mediator" working for Champion Strategy Holdings on March 16, 2021. The individual initially gave a name of Lisa Smith in her telephone message left on my answering machine. The message left was "This is Lisa Smith calling from Champion Strategy Holdings. I'm calling in regards to a file that has been forwarded to our office for review. This is important that I receive a call back from you or your representation. Since this file is a time sensitive matter and recommendation must be submitted to your local County processor for to return this call must be noted as a forfeiture of your rights and will be submitted accordingly. Please contact me at 877-311-2348 expedite your call to a mediator.

Called me and threated legal action if I don't pay off a loan I never received. She was talking before my answering service started so, I didn't get her name but her message to me was the same as what everyone has reported.

I recieved a call couldn't really hear it very well but said if I didn't call them back it would be a forfeiture of my rights and to call this is number or press 1 to speak to a mediator. I blocked the number and get a call a few days later from a different number saying the same thing.

Lady called left a message 5/20/21 said time sensitive file had been forwarded to her for review and I or my representative needed to call back or it would be forwarded to the county processor. The exact message was what Michael wrote.

Exact same message from Lisa Smith. It's obviously a scam. I'll be blocking this number.

When I answered the phone I could not understand them so when I pressed one and she said can you confirm your name I said no it's really none of your business. She said she was looking for this person and I said well there's no one by that name. She told me to be quiet and hung up the phone. It is a scam do not answer this phone number.

It is a scam with threats about your rights.

I received same call the first one vm left on my home #, the second was to my government line, i spoke to the lady did not get her name she had some of my information. She that they were going to lock all my back accounts if i declared fraud and opted for court and they were going to get a judge to sign off on a garnishment for my pay check, all without going to court for due process. She said that had several payment to the said loan company and when i ask which bank it came out of she would not tell an said i will have go to court, I told her I will take my chances have a nice day.

Got a voicemail message from Lisa Smith with Champion Strategy Holdings.  When I called them back, the call was answered by Monica....they were looking for my mother so I provided them her phone number and since I was with my mother we were out at breakfast...when Monica called her number just  2 minutes later, Monica stated they were calling in regard to a credit card debt with Premier bank from 2002.  WTF???   At that point, I told Monica to stop,  number #1 my mother has TWO current credit cards with this SAME bank and #2 in the state of Florida, they can only bring LEGAL action to collect within 5 years of the debt being charged off.  This makes the debt UNCOLLECTABLE by legal action since 2007.  We're in 2021.  This is a scam.  Do not participate.
