This number keeps calling my work and leaving their standard message as above without stating who they are calling for.  I pushed "1" and it went to a call center where the person hung up.  I tried calling the number from my cell and it picked up, there was call center background noise but the person hung up on me.

Just got a phone call too from Lisa!! Sure in hell I’m not calling them back!!

Same as the other comments. Called my son's cell phone for me saying ,"This is Lisa Smith calling from Champion Strategy Holdings. I'm calling in regards to a file that has been forwarded to our office for review. This is important that I receive a call back from you or your representation. Since this file is a time sensitive matter and recommendation must be submitted to your local County processor for to return this call must be noted as a forfeiture of your rights and will be submitted accordingly. Please contact me at 877-311-2348 expedite your call to a mediator. The last time I got a call from this number it was a different company and I was going to be served legal documents. That time they contacted my ex husband of over 10 years to locate me. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I received a call from this phone number, but i searched the number first before i answer or decline the call, Good thing i saw this comments. This is the message that she left me.

These comments are very helpful, no need for me to call her back, from what it looks like, they are scammers.

I got the same message from the champion company.  I didn't return the call but block the number instead.

Same experience as those already listed, so I won't repeat the information.  Just posted to let people know they are still active in soliciting - got call today - definitely spam.

Some female, obviously attempting to read a script, called with the same message as the others above.  I just hung up.  A SCAM!!

I do not know why legal/police do not take action on these scammer, exactly same voice message, Simple rule is that if there anything important about loan or other legal matter, it will come through mail

I keep receiving calls from this number on a direct line at my office.  They are incredibly rude to me and threaten to report me to my supervisor when I question them with what this call is in regards to.  They keep looking for a Kim.  The woman on the other end gets all nasty and starts to cuss at me.  When I called back asking for a supervisor they put me thru to the same horrible woman.  I finally to go ahead and report me since she called me on a work number and all my calls are recorded.  Don't answer if this call comes up.  They are phishing for information and when they don't get it, they start to threaten with violence.  I have reported them to all agencies that over see their office.

Keep calling my private business line for an employee that no longer works here, and never had this number to begin with. Started out with automated voice saying that they have a file in their office and need information to serve papers. I clicked "1" to talk to a live person and tell them once again to take my number off their list. They were rude and hateful. I told them that I have told them before this is not a correct number, and the guy became upset and said "you have never told us that before. just tell me if it is a wrong number or not". Looked them up and this is supposedly a debt collector called Champion Strategy Holdings, but use scare tactics to get money from people.

Received a call at work today from 877-311-2348.  When I answered the call it was a pre-recorded message.  It did not specify who was under threat of legal action but it did state that if I didn't press "1" then it was an indication that the rights are being forfeited.  I work at a law office and know that this is a scam.  So rotten of them.  It could have been a vulnerable person that believes their scam instead of someone like me who is suspicious and researches numbers.  I hope that whoever is behind this gets caught!

She calls and leaves a message saying to call back and handle like an adult.

I just a call from 800-311-0208 says the same exact thing. Threatening to serve papers, going to court etc....Call the number back because he hung up on me and he said stop calling here..Lol Total scam

I am looking through comments and got the EXACT same message. They called our office phone requesting that I pay debt I don't owe. I haven't received any paperwork or call on my personal cell regarding any such information.
