Really?  You are saying that all of the people who posted before you are lying and that this is not a debt collection call from a known criminal enterprise?  My guess is that you are lying in order to mislead people.  You should go back to school and then you could get an honest job.  I bet even cleaning Porta Potties pays better then being a criminal and even if it doesn't at least it is an honest job.

They called me saying I took out a loan back in 2018 but the address they provided was an old one which I haven’t lived at in over 10 years. Got super mad when I stayed I will not pay and someone committed fraud under my name. I called again to get the information they refused said myself and my family will be getting served and to not call again.

Call back number for Champion Strategy Holdings, they are bombarding people with robocalls in attempts to scare unsuspecting people into paying debts they don’t owe.

That’s a good idea and if you notice the number they are calling from it’s 608-713-9226 but they say call 877-311-2348. What a freaking scam

The individual initially gave a name of Michelle Lewis in her telephone message left on my answering machine. The message left was "This is Michelle Lewis calling from Champion Strategy Holdings. I'm calling in regards to a file that has been forwarded to our office for review. This is important that I receive a call back from you or your representation. Since this file is a time sensitive matter and recommendation must be submitted to your local County processor for to return this call must be noted as a forfeiture of your rights and will be submitted accordingly. Please contact me at 877-311-2348 expedite your call to a mediator. Please press 1  now to speak with our mediators. You have been officially notified."

CSH Mediations, man calling himself Barron David saying I have an outstanding payday loan from 2014. When I asked to have a copy of the signed loan agreement sent to me,  he stated that a copy will be sent in person by a process server from the court. This is tantamount to a "threat" of legal action to collect a debt. This is how you know its a scam. This action is illegal and no legitimate debt collector uses this method fir risk of losing their license.

I have been getting calls for a week or so from Michelle.  Says the same thing. Like reading from a script

This number is a scam call saying they were hired to collect a payday loan that you never took out for an outragageaus amount of money! Beware and don't give them any information!

If I were in your shoes, I would feel silly right about now, considering there have been 9 pages of information that person will read since 2021 before getting to your post and it is highly doubtful they will return to read it anyway. If only you read the second post, you could have saved yourself the embarrassment.

the 877 number was left in the recording for me to call back -- the real scammy part here for me was that I received a call and the number on the caller id showed a local call to me (Pennsylvaina) but then I googled the 877 number and saw all of this stuff -- about a company based out of Georgia!! definitely SUS. they leave a message, but do not identify who they are trying to reach, just say to call back and all that nonsense of 'forfeiture of rights.' This is definitely not how a legitimate debt collection would go.

This is the third week in a row that I have had Michelle leave the same message as others have posted above.  The first two weeks, the incoming phone number showed the town I live in.  Today the incoming phone number was from a neighboring town.   I wonder how long they will keep calling before realizing, I am not biting the bait.

Also, got a call twice from a Michelle Louis at Champion Strategy Holdings (1-877-311-2348 claiming that I owed a debt.  Ha ha, they think I will fall for this.  What idiot scammers wasting their time trying to scare the seniors.  Thank God I screen my calls so I finally blocked them.

What is sad is that some people fall for this and that is how these scammers make their money.

What makes you think that they are only targeting seniors?  Is it because you are a senior and you got a call and using that logic then they only call seniors?

I guess you will have to enjoy the calls since you didn't bother to read the other posts for information on how to stop them?
