Moreover, they were breaking federal law telling you that, and if you had that comment on tape, you could sue them and get some $$$$ out of old Roger.(the lame brain that runs this ruthless bunch of kids) If you haven't read the rest of the posts here and on other sites, please do so and you who get a good picture of who is calling you. There is a federal called the Fair Debt Collections Act --you can look up on the web.
They can do absolutly nothing to you, tell them that your daughter ran off to Bora Bora.If you want the calls to stop, send them a cease communications letter.(In the Fair Debt Collections Act) and they MUST stop. Never tell a debt collector anything--stay off the phone and make fun of them like I do--KNOWLEDGE IS POWER--I sue them all the time!!!!!

When you receive a call from this company, and you tell them over and over that they have the wrong number and you do not know the person they are looking for, you have 2 options: 1: If you have call rejection, add the number to your rejection list. 2: Send them a "Cease and Desist Letter".

Thanks for this site--I was looking for some information on this company as I was going to hire them for my company,however after reading the posts from consumers and especially the posts from "nasty" employees of this company--I will look elsewhere. Too bad!!!

Everything I can find says that they are out of business and have filed. The fearless leader has filed for unemployment as have a lot of the call center workers. The offices(they had two) are closed--doors locked. Walking out on at least one lease.

Called my grandmother for my husband. We live in 2 different states.They gave me 866-921-4211 and my grandmother only got 877-312. These people have to do with Riverwalk Holdings from New York. The have called looking for 2 different people ,and only called for my husband after I told them they had the"-------" residence.We do not owe these people money! We pay all our bills. Do not give them any info. Have asked repeatedly for proof of debt. Report them to FTC , we have!

You are all insane! Instead of picking on people and their proffesions, you should probably start searching craigslist or monster for a job of your own.Their are bad collectors and good collectors, there are dead beat debtors and their are people who HONESTLY ran into a hard time. You have pretty boring lifes to sit on here and bicker about who is bad and who isnt....And an Attorney on here calling people names...WOW, i feel sorry for you. Most collections companys are legitimate companys, they Do help alot of people and its usually people who are career debtors who have issues with them. Thank you to the lady who handled her account and had that stress taken off her to report her story,Yes people who dopnt pay their medical bills make cost go up for those who do, credit cards the same, Dont get it if you cant afford it and if something happens work something out and they wont call you. I did research this company and they are very reputible company,Part of the ACA, The Owner is on the board of the collectors association,Accredited with alot things, they are making BIG revenue and employee around 400 people, thats not small.... My mother had a vm about this Eastern Asset Mgmt Co. Turns out they are scam artists too. I don't owe anyone any money. I pay my bills on time. I find it funny that the collectors on here have never once admitted that their companies are wrong. Billcollector calls the wrong number 100x after you tell them it's the wrong number... not their fault. Bill collectors calls the neighbor and asks them to go find the stranger who lives down the street and ask them to call them... sure why not! Bill collectors calls after you have filed bankruptcy and dont owe any money legally.... oh well too bad send up some money anyways so we can get our commission. Bill collector threatened you, break federal laws, and lie to you oh well...tha's life... Bill collector goes out of business with unpaid debts still owe.. NOW IT'S OKAY TO NOT PAY YOUR DEBTS!!


You people seriously need help. I am so glad I dont have bc calling my home. But if they call my mothers again (I DON'T OWE ANY MONEY ALL MY PAST DUE AND CURRENT BILLS ARE PAID)  then I will send a lettter to their offices demanding that they no longer call my mom or I am suing.

I am quite certain the only company you own is a skidmark factory for your underwear.  No reputable company would take time to comment on a site like this.  I however have the time and do not care, but the banter is certainly amusing.
