calls 7-9 times a day, never leave a message

I keep getting calls from them everyday 8-9 times a day starting at 8:00am until 9pm non stop even on Saturday and sundays its so annoying and they never leave a message. I heard debt collectors are not suppose to call on the weekend.

kepp getting these calls. i pick up and they never say anything.and no message

Allied Interstate, Inc. will pay $1.75 million to settle federal allegations that employees repeatedly tried to collect debts from the wrong person, the Federal Trade Commission announced. The penalty is the second largest civil fine obtained by the FTC against a collection agency. The company repeatedly did not verify the accuracy of the disputed information. The company also allegedly made improper harassing phone calls to consumers, using abusive language or calling many times a day for weeks or months, sometimes hanging up when the calls were answered. The complaint also charges that Allied made repeated calls to third parties seeking to locate a consumer, revealing alleged debts to those parties without the consumers' consent or court permission - then threatened legal action against consumers it did not intend to take. The complaint alleges that these practices violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act.

This number has called me for several weeks.  It starts sometime in the afternoon and tonight it was every 15 minutes from 8  p.m. until 9:30 then it was every 2 minutes until 10:30.  I refuse for anyone in my household to even TRY to pick up the phone!!!!!!!  Wish they would quit interrupting my tv stories!!!!!!

How do I get this number blocked from calling, calls coming in all day long!

Calls repeatedly, no message left, no one on the line when answered

Number calls several times a day, no one is ever on the other end, hangs up

they keep calling me they do not answer

I just started getting calls from this number today... i never answer if i dont know the number and since all they left on voice mail was "hello, hello, hello.........hello.....  hello, hello  hello..."  i chose to come searching here for it...

    Ive been out of work for 9 months now... ive told and told and told these bill collectors i dont have the money at this time...its all i can do to keep a roof over my head and the electric on....  they always say we understand yet call every day including sundays and even called on fathers day while with family on a sunday..

They have called me three times so far on my cell. Does anyone know how to shut it down?

This number calls me every day at either 8 a.m. or 9 a.m They call on Sundays at 9 a.m. I never answer phone since I don't accept calls from unknown numbers on my cell phone. My home number and cell number is on a do not call list but they keep calling. I'm fed up with people getting my numbers when they are private and I want this mess to stop.

I called the number back yesterday and it is Allied Interstate.  They asked for the people that had this phone number before me.  I know they did because I've gotten all kinds of collection calls for them.  The woman I spoke to told me they'd remove the number, but I just got another call.  The last people that had this number were deadbeats, and I'm being harrased because of it.

I keep getting dozens of calls from 877-478-7645. It is a collection company called Allied Interstate and I believe they are running collections for GE Money. Since that is the account I haven't paid.

I don't mind debt collectors trying to collect a debt but it is ridiculous when you are trying to make payments and then I don't think they should call on Sundays!!!

They call all the time even on weekends. They don't leave a message at all. I think it is Care credit. I understand trying to collect a debt but I am making payments even if a little behind. I have talked to them but this is harassment.
