Calls everyday, same time and leaves a recorded message. This needs to stop.

Those idiots at best buy keep getting the routing number wrong for the checking account, so they call and say we didn't make a payment. 3 rd time it's happened. I don't think I will do business with them anymore

You guys need to stop calling me while i am working. There is no need to call me 100 times a day. This is ridiculous. I'll get you your money when I can get it to you.

This is  a  telemarketer  no longer  best  buy  called back automated system said  it want to see if an offer was right for me

It's Best Buy now known as CitiBank. Pay your bills on time or they will continue to call. Pretty simple...

P. S. To those saying such things as "just pay your bills and they will stop calling", I don't owe anyone any money, but I still get all these constant nonsense calls.  They're just calling random numbers to try to scam people, simple as that.

By the way, I don't owe anyone money.  No credit card debt, no student loans, nothing like that.  These calls are pure BS.

We received a phone call as we were getting up to get ready for work, too early in the day for me to answer. Our answering machine recording stated it was City calling and this was not a sales call. I have looked here to see what this caller is about. After see that this is all a scam, and not having an Citi bank account personally, I have blocked the number.

Hey Randy, you need to be able to read before participating in an Internet forum.  Being familiar with a calendar will also help, the post you were replying to was over six months old, idiot.

Unfortunetly, they will call regardless. We had the them on autopay through the bank, notified them, which BTW was two days after the billing date and eleven before the past due date and they will call that day. Several times a day. Regardless if they recieve the payment that day. Because the payment hasn't cleared they will call and call and call.

We receive multiple phone calls each day from this number 877-561-2272.  Sometimes they will use phone number 855-336-0212 or 855-242-6899.   Could you please get them to stop making harassment phone calls to us?  Thank you.  

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

I have my bill all paid and I still get calls. I have blocked their number though.

They call me five or six times a day. It's Best Buy. I filed for bankruptcy and they have been notified and they continue to call me.

Don't know who this caller is. If they have business with me, then say so. And don't play childish games with me!!!

I guarantee everyone who claims they're up to date and still gets calls is either lying or mistaken. They don't really make these kinds of mistakes. I've been ducking creditors all my life. :-)
