Everyone is still not reading my post you can turn them in fraud departments in every english speaking country in the world until the cows come home it's still not going to make a differance these fraud calls are not coming from the US they are coming from overseas were our laws have no jurisdiction. The only way to get rid of them is to have your telephone provider block the numbers that show on you caller ID.

 Wiseman you keep posting that there is nothing we can do.  However, when I contacted the Attorney General's Office, I directed them to this forum. They had told me that even if the calls are originating from outside the U.S. there are actions that can be taken against them. They are proceeding with an investigation into this matter and had also mentioned they will be notifying the FBI.

These kinds of people really anger me!!!  I don't need help spending money I don't have!  This is a scam and they need to get into trouble.  They said this is Mr. Bogartz and I needed to call them back by Sept. 21 by 4 pm.  I listened to the message the next day, and I called the number back1-877-591-7732 The person that picked up the phone said " What's Up"  I said you called me, so what is it that you wanted.  You could hear people laughing and talking in the backgroud.  He hung up on me.  Please don't give your information away unless you KNOW that these people are legitamite.

May be so if fraud has been committed against a person in a way that money or theft has been done than they can take a action against, but as far as them just calling and causing problems there is nothing they can do because of international commucation laws which is layed out in the regulations of the FCC and DISA laws.

I personally the way I handle them is to have fun with them play along give them false info keep them on the phone play cat and mouse with them. I have come to learn it seems to get them off of the phone and also to get the people to remove you from the list of callers. Another tactic is to tell them they are being recorded by the Feds, use good scare tactics it works wonders.

Ya, I just got a call too on my voicemail. He said his name was Mr. Yardley. He gave me til 4pm today to return his call too. message was kinda muffled.  Just another scam. Lots of loosers out there!

This number is bogus and full of scammers.  I have no idea why they keep calling my work number.  I have ignored them for over a month.  I wish they just proceed with making a decision already.

I received a call from them today.  A Mr. Yarley (spelling?) said that due to numerous messages left on my voicemail with no response, that if I did not respond by 6 pm today that he or his associates would move forward without my approval.  I have never received a call from this number before, and received no answer when I attempted to call back.  Thank goodness I found these posts before I reached someone at the number unknowingly!

I received a mumbled threatening message to call back before 6:00 pm or action would be taken, and was told to ask for a Mr. Yeardly. I called back and they answered my call by using my name. How they got it I don't know. I asked them who they were and what they wanted. They asked for my last four digits of my social security number and to identify myself. I asked him again who he was and what he wanted and he said, "You heard me, I didn't stutter". I told him I was not going to give him that information and he rudely said, "That's ok, I have your number and you will be hearing from me".

I got it but I heard only half. It sounds like BS to me.

Just got the same message but it was from Mr. Freeman.  Very threatening, and long, states the time and date multiple times, But he never once mentions my name, and my voice mail doesn't have a recording, it just reads you the number.  Anybody else have the same thing where they don't actually call you by name at any point during the message?

I also just got this very rude, threatening message on my phone machine today. The content is the same as reported by others. It's obvious that this is an identity theft scam because they are so rude and threatening. Many people will provide sensitive information to them because they are the kind of people who are compliant with rules--they won't smell a scam. So they are calling everyone number that they can buy just to reach the ones who will be compliant. These A*hole scammers must be stopped ASAP or millions of naive people will have their identities or money stolen. I am keeping their message on my message machine in case this goes to court and it's needed.

BTW, my credit is superb, my US Bank account is in fine standing, and I owe no creditors. So this has nothing to do with debt collection. It's just a ruse to make those who do have these issues feel that this is why they are being called.

Just got a call from these morons. Apparently these scammers are so stupid they can't work their own system. I only caught the end of their message.

They didn't even mention my name just that they had called me for a month and will make a decision about something-something business, yet my call history (dating back to June) has the number appearing only once - when they called... today.
I have no outstanding debt that I'm aware of... I have no job and live on my parents' good graces. Is this just a scam or should I look into seeing if I have some debt trailing me from somewhere?

just got the same call but from my moms house she didnt even know who they were calling for SO she called her voicemail wednesday afternoon and it said hi this is mr yardley i got your file on my desk and need you to call me back at this number by 4 pm or i have to make a decision my mom called and said who are you calling for he sais so and so my mom said thats my son well he missed a court date and were gonna proceed with this if he doesnt call me back by 4 pm she said well he is a grown man he doesnt live here yardley says well why is he giveing mommys number then 'jerk" he told me to call him at this number eastern standard time at september 11 "liar"  she said well obvious you got the wrong number man were in pacific standard time you know mr yardley she hung up  and she knew something wasnt right a legit call wouldnt be telling people why is he giveing mommys number then  and if you miss a courtdate aint no one gonna call you and tell you right????

Got a garbeled call on my answering machine from a Mr. Freeman? He didn't ask for anyone,just spouted off about making decisions and crap. I knew it was a scam,I don't have any debts. I originally answered the phone and it was just a recording,you can't call these losers back.They must'nt known the time differance because it was almost 8 pm. I swear some people jus't dont know how stupid they are. Parisites who try to suck others dry, How pathetic is this. Bad Karma I would say!

Got this same call yesterday and was glad to find this link and confirm this is a scammer. Will call the state attorney general and report this.

this is what keeps happening to me. i get calls form this number. at first it was a woman calling on behalf of someone that needs to speak with me about an important matter. than it was the guy himself calling me saying that i needed to get back to him by 4pm that day or he would be forced to move forward without me approval. i didn't and i figured if it was really important they would say my name and say what it was regarding. wouldn't a debt collector tell you what they want and not be so vague? they still call and threaten and sound really serious but i never call back and i googled it and here i am now.

I received a voice mail from Mr. Yardley who wanted me to respond by 4 pm.  I do not have a US bank account and I pay my bills on time.  I hope he was able to make his business decision without me!
